I've had these on my watch-list for a while. I have a few items from Joseph Joseph and just needed to replace a pair of kitchen/household scissors so I put these in my shopping basket. These are expensive but they are worth it. I love the little whole for shredding herbs such as Thyme, it really works! I love the fact that the blades are detachable so that they can come apart for easy cleaning either by hand or in the dishwasher. My husband is left handed and can use these easily and also the finger grips are a generous size and comfortable to use. I love the colour - a lively splash of colour in the drawer so I always know what to reach for. Very sturdy, good quality and very happy with them.

These scissors are fantastic! Sharp blades, comfortable grip, and perfect for all sorts of kitchen tasks. They feel sturdy and well made, just what you’d expect from Joseph Joseph. Definitely one of those tools you end up reaching for every day.

Good scissors, easy and comfortable to use. Good they come apart to be properly washed but sometimes frustrating that you have to do a mini puzzle every time to put them back together. Very sharp but lightweight and useful to open parcels by coming apart.

The reason why I buy this is because my current one is not sharp enough. And true enough according to those earlier reviews, its indeed very sharp. Not forgetting the ergonomic grip too. Happy with it...cheers!

Très bons ciseaux de cuisine, qui peuvent se séparer en deux parties pour un nettoyage facilité approfondi : grâce à une petite clé à l’arrière qu’il faut mettre dans 1 sens et dans l’autre pour bloquer les ciseaux ! (ils ne sont pas cassés, comme j’ai pu le lire dans 1 commentaire) ! La coupe est parfaite, pour le moment car mon acquisition est récente ! J’ai acheté un certain nombre d’articles de cette marque , au fur et mesure, pour leur côté pratique ! Leurs prix étant assez élevés ! Mes spatules silicone de cuisine et leur support achetées, il y plus de 3 ans, sont toujours nickel en servant tous les jours, plusieurs fois ! J’ai, d’ailleurs pu coller le support là où ça me convenait ! Mes boites de conservation avec couvercles empilables sont très bien sauf pour congeler des aliments à la tomate fait maison : là, la matière se teinte ! En règle générale, je suis plutôt satisfaite des produits de cette marque ! 😁
