With this , you have to be well hydrated throughout the day for it to work properly. I've also found that grounding also works with this supplement for me. Try to not eat too much processed crap (gluten products, sugary snacks) with this supplement for best results. Make sure to keep your veggie intake high too. Start with one gram (using scoop inside) to see how well you tolerate it and go up as needed. Take it on an empty stomach 1/2hr before or min 2hrs after meals. I saw a number of vids on this supplement and MRM Nutrition seems to have it right! I've been taking 1 to 3gm of this on an empty stomach for a week now and here are some things I noticed (60yo): - Increased energy - more supple & clearer skin - More energy to workout - Better sleep. Too soon to see effect on hair. I'm also very relaxed. I've found that taking magnesium glycinate seems to augment this supplement. Note: Take time to mix in water; taste is bitter - slightly less intense than epsom salts, so I won't mix with juice, nor anything other than 6oz of water as juices, coconut water etc taste terrible with it.

Fantastic Buy! MSM gets rid of inflammation in your whole body. As you age you lose sulfur in your body. MSM restores the sulfur your body needs. I was told by a brain scientist years ago to take MSM everyday of my life as preventative medicine. MSM saved me from a knee replacement. Side note: MSM for horses is how they get equestrian horses to riun so long.

If you take it with a full glass of water, the taste is not a problem. More delicate palate might want to take it with orange juice. I take it for my hair, even if I have arthritis. I cannot tell of an improvment on my pain. It did improve my hair though! It last for about 6 months.

Great quality. Dissolves quickly in water or juice and helps relive inflammation within 10 min. I give a very small amount to my cats in their water dish every couple weeks. Like 1/4 of the scoop size and they love it. The scoop is very small which is great bc it's a serving size, you don't need much of this at all. Great for so many things, I would recommend people doing their research on this to learn about ALL of the ailments it can help.

Don’t know if it works as I take a bunch of other supplements but I try not to go a day without it in my coffee or tea….but I’ll not stop as it may be the reason I have little pain at my ripe old age!

I have been using MSM crystals for about 5 yrs after doing some research on cavities. I had several cavities and one recommended a root canal. After one year of brushing my teeth 2x a day with these crystals I got a full mouth X-ray and I had no cavities! I now switch back and forth with a diatomaceous, bentonite clay, peppermint oil and coconut oil mixture to promote teeth and gums restoration!

I couldn't really tell if it did anything so I quit using it.

I haved used this in the past, and prefer the powdered version instead of pills. I use this for my joints. I recently started going to the gym and needed something to strengthen and ease the aching of my joints; this is the supplement that does the trick for me. I take the recommended dose everyday, in juice, because otherwise it tastes horrible in water. For my physiology, I noticed a difference in about two weeks. The product also lists that it aids with hair, skin and nails as well as allergies. I have noticed my nails don't break as easily, but haven't noticed it helping with allergies, yet. My hair and skin, not so much; however there are other factors that effect those like, lotion, shampoo, etc.
