I bought these to replace the tin foil pans, because the foil pans leave a taste residue. On the positive side, these pie pans don't leave a taste residue. They also bake cleanly and evenly, and the pie came out without sticking. However, they hold about half a cup of filling is all. If the measurement was accurate, I would give these five stars.
