A terrific wallet at a terrific Amazon price!
This is the second one of these wallets that I have purchased. The last one lasted 6 years, which i think is great. The pin that held the elastic band in place broke and could not be fixed. Thus, I ordered another and 48 hours later I had my new one ready to go at approximately the same price I paid 6 years ago. A very nice wallet and I highly recommend it!

Still going strong, 5 years later
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this in 2019 and it's still my daily. Unlike normal wallets, the shape and size never changes, it slips in and out of pockets easily, and it feels perfectly balanced in one pocket with my phone in the other pocket. To me this all outweighs the bulkiness of it compared to a "thin" wallet that you eventually fill until it get to this size anyway - but those are never truly latched shut. If you're delicate with the latch, it will stay strong and never pop open. The aluminum sheath looks cool to me and takes blunt force well, but is thin and glued on so don't try to apply other forces to it. Overstuffing the wallet is one such example - the plating will start to raise off the edges. You can also figure out how to open it to the correct side every time, cash or cards, with some practice. It doesn't fit a ton of bills, which is fine for me, forcing me to reorganize every once in a while. The number of cards that fit is pretty high though, definitely all I need for the average day and then some. I have about 15 cards stacked, some thick some thin. Great for decorating, including the inside. If you're into minimalist wallets you probably know about how all the pockets that separate cards in traditional wallets account for most of the bulk and you can't actually store that much before it gets bigger than this wallet. This one stores everything efficiently, is lighter than it looks, and gives me a clear line of what can and can't fit so I don't go overboard. Stays in my pocket at all times, i slide it out an flip it open to slip a card out to use, then it slips right back in the wallet under the elastic strap as I close it and tuck it back away all in one fluid motion. Most of the size is due to the cash compartment, because US bills are kinda tall yo. But that clip is also a great place to store business cards, and other cards that are larger than the bank card shape. You can write your emergency contact or lost&found info right on the walls in there, or use a sticker. Downsides: sometimes the cash clip is a little hard to add cash to because it holds tight. Cash must be oriented well or else it will get in the way of the closing door. The metal plating starts to rise off the plastic base over time, so the edges float - it still hasn't come off though.

I review three wallets
Flipside: Nice design but poor materials (should have used nylon rather than polycarbonate). Has a brittle cheap feel. More than one space for cards --for lesser-used vs often used. Clasp opens too easily. Duramont: More sturdy but only one place for your entire stack of cards. Would have liked to have had two spaces. Really good hinge and clasp. The winner IMO of these three. Would be nice if they made it in more colors. Pelican: Best materals, feel of all. Unfortunately the dimensions are way off for convenient wallet use. You must fold bills in a weird way. Not much room and very clumsy access. Really, just two netted pockets. No metal so no RFID protection. UPDATE: I bought this DuraMount, which lasted 3 years and 7 months. What happened? On one of the clamshell halves, the metal is separating from the plastic.

Big wallet, but well made. Awesome customer service!!
I purchased this to replace a Flipside hard shell wallet I had. The Flipside was a good wallet but couldn’t hold allot of cash and did not have a good clip to hold bills in place. The Duramont definitely holds allot. But it is much bigger then the Flipside. It’s about the same size as a large leather wallet. It seem well made a sturdy. Very slick looking There are magnets that keep the interior part from swinging back and forth. As advertised, holds 10 credit cards or other similar cards. And definitely holds a good amount of bills. The metal money clip is much better then the plastic one in the Flipside. My only grip is, they should have added a provision on either of the inside of the lids for a single card. So you can put your ID or drivers license in. Since that is something you rarely remove. Instead the only place to put your license is with all the other cards. I want to add they have awesome customer service!!

Bad closure
This never made it into a pocket. The snap broke the first time I closed it.

Good wallet - not a great clasp
My husband loves the wallet. However, the clasp breaks quickly and easily. He ends up with elastics to keep it closed. He is on his third one as he loves the size, style and organization. He would just love if the clasp lasted as long as the rest of the wallet. He is one his next one because the elastic on the inside has now broken after 3 years.

Great wallet
Have this wallet for 4 years, dropped UT does of times and still in good condition. Get lots of compliments on it. Fit 12 cards and money folded in half. Going to buy a new one!

I had some doubts, so I waited a few weeks before writing a review. I beat the crap out of my wallets, and subsequently the cards in them get ground down. This wallet fixes that problem. It has survived where others have failed, and it holds all of my wallet contents without a problem. It could be better at sorting the cards, and on the whole it is on the large side, but it still fits in my back pocket and has survived several falls. The area it may end up failing is in the plastic hinges, but I won't know that for a while yet.

Ürünün açıldığı kısımdaki çeltik kırık çıktı, gene kullanılıyor ama plastik aksamının metal olsa daha iyi olur.

Too large and thick to put in your pocket. Cheap plastic inside. Not a good gift. Returned it.
