Try it!
Full strength left a ‘different’ salty taste in my mouth, so I mixed it half and half with table salt. This was successful, giving real salt flavor with no discernable difference from 100% table salt. Also, I used less of the mixture than I would have using 100% salt. Definitely pleased with the product so far. The acid test was on my daily popcorn…….success!

Fresh and shipped very well
This product is a wonderful alternative to salt for those with salt-restricted diets. It tastes like salt without the ill effects of salt, and there is no strange after-taste. It is a great value for the money.

Best salt substitute for most foods
This is the only salt sub I can stand. The plus side is it gets you buy and helps. However, it doesn’t exactly taste like common table salt so there is an adjustment to the taste buds. It tends to work best when used post cooking. Using it in recipes that call for salt or while food is being baked/cooked/ fried doesn’t work as well. One more negative is they have recently changed the container, it’s smaller, and the lid leaks. So, I just leave the lid in the closed position and the salt sub comes out anyways. Horrible lids!

Blood pressure 💗💓💕💞👣👣👣🙄🙏👵⚰️🩻🩺🧂⌚️
⛰️🏔🏝🗻🗺🌏This potassium salt is my families favorite. I like to get this for my mom; so she does not get high blood pressure adding flavor to her meal. My grandma, 👵 that pass away⚰️🩻🩺had trouble adjusting her taste buds, to this 🧂 🍚 salt, but after a while she got use to flavoring her stuff with this. However, people with certain medical conditions need to consult with their doctor.

Excellent Salt Substitute
"My blood pressure is whaaaat?" That was me in my doctor's office after my dentist suggested I see him because my blood pressure seemed a little high. It was more than a little high, and I'd never seen my doctor's staff move so quickly before. Usually when the nurse said "the doctor will be right in" it meant a 5-10 minute wait. This time he was knocking on the exam room door a few seconds after the nurse left the room to let me know that they'd be doing an EKG to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack. I wasn't having one, but my BP was out of control. Doc said to cut down on salt, no more than 1,500 mg per day. I turned it into a game. Set up a spreadsheet and tracked every mg for several months. Only approached 1,500 twice; every other day was well below 1,000. A big part of that is NoSalt. I've tried the others, and they were either clumpy or overpriced for what you got. I use this all the time.

Taste is terrible!
I ordered this bc I was told I needed to lower my salt intake due to blood pressure issues. I have always been a salty snack girl so for me hearing this news was just dreadful! A nurse recommended this to me as a great salt substitute. I tried it with high hopes this would be the substitute I was looking for! Nope this tastes terrible and nothing like real salt! The onething I loved, eggs in the morning, tasted awful. I tried it on a few other things and just couldn't stomach it. I winded up just switching to kosher salt- less sodium intake and got used to using other seasonings such as garlic and onion powder.

Not a bad sub if used correctly
This is definitely not regular salt, but as others have stated, if you use a *small* amount and not the normal amount like it is regular salt, the flavor is not too bad and better than no salt at all. The biggest issue is the container's pour openings are *way* too big, making it difficult to sprinkle a small amount out. The best way to handle this is to empty the container out using the pour opening into a regular salt container with much smaller openings. I would give this product 4 stars if it weren't for this.

I was really nervous about this after reading reviews. I never write reviews
But I thought I needed to. I didn’t have high hopes for this stuff. But WARNING you only need the tiniest bit of this no salt substitute compared to how much you would use if this was salt otherwise the taste is way to overpowering and strong. But if you put the smallest amount it tastes almost identical taste salt! I have heart failure so I’m on a sodium restriction & it was really limiting what I could eat & make, not anymore thanks to this stuff. I’m so excited that I tried & found this brand :)

Not for me
I bought this product as I had heard that it tastes exactly like salt. Unfortunately , this is not true for me. It has very strange " taste" and it remains my mouth after eating. Or to be accurate, it cause strange feeling in mouth. I can't tolerate with this feeling and will toss away the product sadly. It may work with others but not for me.

Not advisable to make your own supplements, not "pure"
This tastes just fine and does the trick to replace salt. No complaints there, however, some people are using these to make supplements. I purchased this for that reason, but decided against it after carefully reading the labeI. I suppose it's okay to do this? but this is not pure potassium. There are additives, and I'm not sure how one's body would react to large quantities of these additives. Check yoself before you wreck yoself.

I’m not a big salt person so this does the trick although you have to find the right balance. It is an acquired taste
