No pain no gain
Tastes better than plain old Senna and definitely does the job of keeping you regular. It does cause slight cramping so I wouldnโt advise it as an everyday tea. I canโt speak to its โweight lossโ properties but it does decrease appetite when youโre too busy focusing on where the nearest toilet is. For me it starts to work between 4-6 hours so be careful to time consumption right!

These taste awful, Iโve drank a lot of different herbals teas in my time and this is one of the worst flavours ever. But it does the job, has helped me to stay more regular ๐ฅฒ๐
