Is this true to size or smaller then the movie version?

It is not life size it measures approx 10 inches tall, 15 inches side to side and 12 inches front to back, extremely detailed, comes with a stand to be displayed and just a tip, use a hairdryer to warm leg joints to snap them into place :)

Is this official neca?

Yes it is and NECA just announced they are releasing it again so it will be on sale again in May for retail if anyone is looking to buy it.
