Both pieces have a noticeable white circle on them where the glaze didn’t take or get applied evenly. I am disappointed.*FOLLOW-UP: This seller went out of their way to make it right for me. They sent me a 2nd butter dish which unfortunately arrived broken (NOT their fault) then a 3rd butter dish which arrived in much better shape and had a much better paint job on it. I APPRECIATE this company's willingness to do the right thing to satisfy the customer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Color not a true blue *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2018* Product was larger than I anticipated, but that's a good thing, glad it will actually hold a whole stick of butter. Appreciate the borders inside to keep the stick from sliding. Two comments: 1) The outside bottom isn't coated with any kind of gloss, so it can scratch if you slide it. I put some rubber bumpers underneath, problem solved. 2) The color was not what I expected, the description stated blue, but it's more like a like shade of teal than blue. If you put it up against something blue, you can definitely tell the difference. So a bit disappointed with the color, but overall appears to be a solid piece considering as with most stuff these days, it's made in China. It has enough space for 1 stick/ 1 cup of butter, and hides the scent of the butter enough so that my cats don’t jump up on the counter for it.
