Great gift idea
Great gift idea. Found it a little tricky to get the photo that I wanted to use, stretched to the correct size that works with the mug, but I got a fairly decent result in the end. They do give you a template which helps, and I’m sure someone more techno minded than me would have no trouble. Mug seems sturdy and leak proof this far. And I like that the photo can be changed whenever you fancy it.

FAULTY
My mug arrived today however it is faulty and poor quality as a result of this. The lid does not close properly and when you open the spout or lip it remains closed because the seal has come apart from the actual lid. I cannot find where to contact the seller but i hope they read this and make contact / attempt to replace it or refund the money !!!
