Need Office Computer Desk 39.3 Inch Sturdy Folding Laptop Table Black

The Need Small Desk foldable model has proven to be a versatile and convenient addition to my workspace. While it does come with some limitations, its overall functionality and space-saving design have left me satisfied with my purchase. The standout feature of this desk is undoubtedly its foldable design. Setting it up was incredibly easy – a simple unfolding motion and it was ready to use. This convenience has been a game-changer in my small living space, allowing me to create a dedicated workspace when needed and fold it away when I require more room. The desk's compact size is perfect for areas with limited space. It doesn't dominate the room, yet it provides a sufficient surface area for my work tasks. The sturdy build has been impressive, supporting my laptop, notebooks, and other essentials without any wobbling or instability. The clean and minimalist aesthetic of the desk blends well with various decor styles, making it a versatile choice for different environments. Its unobtrusive appearance is appreciated, as it doesn't overpower the room visually. However, it's worth noting a couple of minor downsides. The absence of built-in storage or organizational features means I need to rely on additional accessories to keep my workspace tidy. Additionally, while the desk's sturdiness is generally commendable, I've noticed some slight wear and tear on the surface after extended use. In conclusion, the Need Small Desk foldable model offers convenience, functionality, and a space-saving design that suits my needs well. Its ease of setup and compact size are major advantages, even though there are some minor improvements that could be considered. For those seeking a practical and adaptable workspace solution, this desk is certainly worth considering.

First, while I am writing the review here because I ordered the lighter wood, customer service for NEED Furn was GREAT when I asked if I could change to the BLACK one (I didn't know they had in black and found right after I ordered the lighter one). I got a VERY fast reply and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been nicer. The black one I wanted arrived. I had a tiny issue and this same lady fixed that. EXCELLENT company to deal with! EASY TO ASSEMBLE - as soon as I see all tools included, I look elsewhere. I wanted something that ALL I had to do was pull the legs out. I'm not handy! I think it took me a total of 20 seconds to have set up. QUALITY - I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it is and how nice it looks. NOT FLIMSY. STABILITY - I have it on low carpeting and didn't even need the little feet stabilizers. I just use this as a little writing desk, do bills etc., perhaps if you had something like a sewing machine on it, it would need them. I find it VERY stable and NO WOBBLE. LOOKS - LOVE how it looks. I have a kind of modern, slightly eclectic look to my bedroom. White walls, black furniture, kind of Danish contemporary. THIS FITS IN PERFECTLY. SIZE - THIS was a biggie. I had a very specific space and didn't want it to stick out too far. it is longer than it is wide, which is PERFECT. SHARP CORNERS - I am just mentioning this because I saw some others had. I don't have a problem with the corners, because of where I have it situated. IF you are going to be walking around it, right past it, you may want those rubber things you get if you have kids around the house to put on sharp-cornered furniture. I have NO issue with it. PRICE - WOW. CHECK out retail on this puppy. I got it when it was marked down to 68 and change and there was a discount coupon to click on top of that, so TOTAL was 58 and change! BOTTOMLINE: WOULD DEFINITELY get this again. I would recommend to friends who need for a small space and/or their kids as a little study desk.

I purchased this desk to place in front of a small window in my bedroom to serve as a temporary workspace since my girlfriend has been working from home in the living room and my grad school has switched to partial remote learning for the next semester. The desk is the perfect size and height! I saw some other reviewers say that it was too high, but I am 5'11" and bought the "mysuntown Ergonomic Office Chair" to go with it. This chair adjusts to be high enough to be comfortable when typing on this desk. I suggest potential buyers pay close attention to the listed height of this desk and get an adjustable chair that has a good range of seat heights. The desk is quite shallow at only about 15" deep but is large enough for my macBook Pro, drink, notebook, and pen. The desk was ridiculously easy to set up - just pull up the legs and they snap into place. As other reviewers mentioned the legs are spring-loaded so watch that when setting up (however, it requires very little force to lock them into place). I also tested folding the legs back in and it was very easy (but again, just watch the spring loaded action). It folds flat to 4.5" thick so it will be simple to store in my small apartment when this whole nightmare pandemic is over. I appreciate the leveling knobs on the bottom of the legs since my floors are uneven, but I didn't end up needing to adjust them at all. The desk and the folding mechanisms feel very sturdy. I DIY'ed a curtain on a rod that I hung from hooks on my ceiling to separate off my work space and so that my messy bed is concealed during my zoom calls!

I was so anxious for my table, now that I have it I’m fighting with it. It is a sturdy table all legs the same length. You wonder what my problem is. I want to use it for crafts, I sit in my recliner pul the table to me. This table does not slide on carpet, that is good in some ways, just not for my use. Don’t hesitate to buy it, that is if you don’t want it to slide on carpet🫤!

I debated whether to get the smallest folding desk or the next size up. I am glad that I chose the larger desk. I am teaching myself to sew and was tired of moving the machine off the dining room table after I practiced sewing. I wanted a sturdy table or desk that was not too big and that I could set up myself. This folding desk is a great size and does not rock or move when I am sewing. I set it up easily in a spare room which is dimly lit. This desk has room for my sewing machine, manual, and a bright desk lamp with room to spare. Very pleased so far for what I wanted it for.

This table is just what I was looking for. I ordered the 39 inch size and am using it for my crafts room. It has plenty of workspace and can hold a fair amount of weight. It was super easy to put together ( just open the legs and make sure them snap into place). It's also easy to close up if I need the space for something else. I recommend this table for multiple uses - homework or office work desk, crafts table, even an informal dining/kitchen table. It is sturdy and comes in a choice of a handful of color combinations, so can fit into any style of room.

This desk is everything you could want in a folding desk. A little heavy, but it is well made. It came with corner caps to protect during shipping, but I suggest you keep them and use them on the corners. It will help if you bump into it. A bit sharp on the ends, so those really help! They only fold out and in 1 way. I marked the side which goes in so I will know which way to open and close. Its very sturdy and well made. Easy to put away in a closet, or lean in a corner. Make sure its secure. You do not want this item to fall on your toes or fingers. It will hurt! Not for children to play with. Takes up very little space when folded. I imagine getting many years worth from this desk. Glad Ive made the purchase!!

Like many in the Covid-19 era who have been working from home I have had to do the same. But it's a quite crowded desk space when I have all my computers running. No where to easily fit my paperwork. The small Need desk has been just brilliant. It was the perfect dimensions for my space. Can be folded and stored next to my desk and then easily opened in about 15 seconds. It is incredibly strong and robust. Certainly value for money ... only problem is my wife liked it and thought it would be great to use around the house for other needs!! ;-)

I Loved this 39.3×15.7" White Folding Desk, no assembly require, It's exactly what I was looking for. It is small and convenient for small spaces, or good for a kid's room....I was very happy with the outcome once i opened the box. You can use this desk for many other purposes. (even though I called it a student desk). You can use it for extra spaces like in the kitchen, bedroom, living room, balcony(when not raining), garage, mini picnic,(as a side table for juice/snacks).....Because it's portable, you can fold it and take it anywhere withyou. These are all the questions i had when I was looking for a small desk, and it ticked all the boxes for me. So it's up to one's personal preferences. I hope this was helpful. Good luck!✅️✅️

Purchased this folding desk to make it my work table. I had previously repurposed a dining table which was no longer being used; it was a good work table but took up too much space. This one freed up space and is able to hold all my work things. I have no need of the folding mechanism right now, but I'm glad it's there should I eventually need to free up this space. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The desk provided is an amazing foldable solution for my work from home requirements. It is a bit compact, I wish the bigger desk was in stock at the time of ordering. I had to stick to the smaller available desk but it is anyway well built and a good fit for my needs since it is foldable. I am putting pretty heavy monitors and office stuff on top of it and it is sturdy. Plan to fold it away after it is not required anymore :)

The perfect size for my small working area! I loved it so much I purchased a second one for my guest room. The desk is very sturdy, comes fully assembled and is easy to stand up / fold down. Highly recommend!
