TYR Catalyst Stroke Training Paddles

I absolutely love these, but be warned if you’re used to paddles that are just the width of your hand you will need to work on your upper body strength to pull them through the water. It took some practice and getting used to. What I’m glad I bought them.

Good paddles for training however I am still partial to the previous catalyst model which now seems impossible to find and probably out of production. Bendy and flexy they are a good item to buy for any swimmer as they are also light

Fits well and good quality. Use three times per week and hold up very well. Purchased these as replacements and like them better.
