It was difficult for the dispenser to dispense the soap; had to activate it multiple times. I assumed the soap’s viscosity was a bit too thick so I added a little water into it to dilute it. Bingo. Its been working great ever since.This unit activates every time when it is SUPPOSED to activate. I bring this up because I have used multiple other devices like this which either do not activate no matter what hand motion you make (AGHHH!) but then randomly activate when no one is in the room.SO, A+ on getting your motion technology right. Also to note, I find the amount dispensed to be acceptable which is good because there is not a way to adjust this.I am thinking to get a couple more for my bathrooms to use with regular hand soap. ### ⭐ Do not purchase, mad very cheaply! *by V***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2020* My review comes a bit late since my purchase because it took a long time to receive my initial order. How do you make a product that is meant to be around water that is not waterproof? It looks very nice and is very modern but the minute you touch it with wet hands it starts to peel. It started to peel and the sensor didn't work anymore after I refilled the soap. I wrote to the vendor and they sent me a new one for the same thing to happen. Of course my hands are wet because I'm washing dishes. When I went to take the batteries out of the old one to put in the new one, the batteries were rusted. It's like a cheap foil film over it that is not made to get wet. Do not purchase!
