Got this for emergencies, and I always have a dog that seems to have an extra hole at an inopportune time, this saves a significant vet bill. Aside from the sterilization aspect, I wouldn't hesitate to disinfect this and use it on myself in an emergency or if I just didn't feel like going to see a doctor. Will likely get more for each first aid kit.

This tool is a life and money saver. Ive only had to use one one time (single use item) my girlfriend sliced her arm real bad on a broken window and called me freaking out, I ran over there and cleaned her wound and she insisted that she didnt want to go get stitches even though she needed them, I offered to use the stapler on her, thinking she would change her mind ane opt for the stitches but to my surprise - she wanted the staples. Cleaned her up and held the wound together and put in 6 staples. It was incredibly easy and fast , she didn't feel a thing, and the staples come out so easily using the staple removal tool. After that incident , I have 5 of these. One in my truck, one in our out of town/vacation car , one at her house, one in my work bag and one in my emergency first aid kit. At the price point of this item, there is no reason to not have one, and I will never not have one. If you have a fire extinguisher, it isnt because you expect a fire, its just in case one happens - what makes this any different? Its better to have it and hopefully not need it than not have it and lose a lot of blood on the way to the hospital. For under $10 its silly to not have a few of them.

I hope to god I don’t have any reason to use this but is packaged in sterilized packaging and individually wrapped, instructions are clear to read and easy to use, takes up almost no space in my bag

I like. I dont have a situation to use it yet (i hope it never come). But it's nice to have when the time comes..
