Best vitamin out there for the price. The ingredients are top notch especially compared to the other consumer brands, very bioavailable. Don't believe me, just google it! (or AI). I can't say it's night and day like some claim, but I know my diet isn't the greatest and this makes me feel a bit more confident I'm getting some vital vitamins and minerals I would get otherwise. They do stink a little, I read that's due to sulfur in an ingredient and the B vitamins are in large quantities compared to some other brands and I don't really feel like I need to get a b-complex since these are loaded with B vitamins. The capsules are large, but I don't have any issue swallowing them. I've been using them over a year and no complaints. These, vitamin D3+K2, magnesium glycinate, and fish oil omega 3 are all critical with our modern diets not providing everything we need.

Absolutely love these vitamins. Quality and effective. One of the best multivitamins for the price. Cannot beat them.

Large size but not too big. I didn't notice any overpowered aftertaste, but the initial smell is definitely weird. Easy to swallow with a big gulp of water. I'm a picky eater so I know I'm not getting adequate nutrition from my diet so I'm supplementing with these. Texture is nice a smooth.

This multivitamin worth the money. It easy to swallow, easy on my stomach because I take the capsule one . It gives me energy . I like it. U have to take in two doses

This is a high quality, independently reviewed and tested multivitamin. Ngl, it tastes awful, but I feel confident that I’m getting, and absorbing, vital nutrients with high bioavailability.

Number #1 vitamin brand from third party testing. This brand really absorbs into your body like no other vitamin brand does. Highly recommend them. I tried the one a day but too big and got stuck in my throat so switched to 2 a day capsules. Much better but still has the awful smell and taste that lingers.

Very high dosage 12500% of B complex ?????? will cause brain fog and irreversible nerve damage. Everything is on high dosage and worst of all it is non returnable.
