Excellent organizer to store the accessories. Takes up some space, but it keeps them from getting lost, in good condition and prevents injury while digging around for other items.

I'm very happy with my BDH-2 Blade and Disc holder. I hadn't even opened my Cuisinart DLC-10S Food Processor until I finally ordered this, because I knew there was no way I'd feel free to use the processor and leave it accessible without having to hide the blades or risk getting cut. Each of the blades and the disc stem fit neatly in this holder, which I find to be more than sturdy enough. No, the spatula doesn't fit in there, but that is the least of my worries, although I suppose fitting every item in would be nice. I have plenty of utensil canisters and drawers where I can lose, I mean store, the spatula. The holder locks and unlocks easily, with a sturdy turn knob that doesn't require a pull and turn as the old reviews --and the first to pop up-- mention. Is it childproof? No, and I don't feel it is sold as such. Quite certain it could be opened with a bit of effort by young kids, but then again, I feel this is to protect ME, not kids. It is a neat, safe place to store the blades. I'd recommend it to anyone having the Food Processors it works with.

Great addition to my food processor! Husband got this along with food processor for my birthday - so glad he got this for keeping my blades in! I love the little lock on it.

We've been using this for 5 years. For what it does, it works great. IF you are careful, the blades all fit well and the holder will help you not cut yourself. That said, if you try hard enough, you can still cut yourself. The bottom is open and the blades are exposed in spots .. it's not designed to handle from the bottom, it's designed to sit flat on the counter or on the shelf. If you store it in a cabinet like we do, you will have to remove it to open the cover enough to move the blades. The cover is not designed to carry the entire weight of the holder and the blades. Ensure you use care and you're holding onto the sides of the body when you need to move the holder. This is not a child safety device .. that's why we have it in a cabinet on a shelf away from curious fingers. Being on a shelf puts it somewhat higher out of reach and makes it impossible to completely open while still in the cabinet. The weak link and the reason for the 4 stars is the latch. It can be a pain to pull out and turn the knob enough to disengage the cover. The cover has a molded plastic hook to both lock the latch and allow the cover to reengage the latch when it's being closed. Recently while trying to open the latch, it seemed to bind up inside and then part of the hook snapped off while trying to turn the knob. Even with that being broken, the latch still locks securely. The part of the hook that broke off was the part that automatically reengaged the latch while closing the cover .. so now we have to turn the knob to get the hook to seat. Fortunately, it's easy to tell it's not latched because now the cover won't close without turning the knob. Compared to storing these blades in a drawer where anyone can get cut, this is a very good item to own and use. I highly recommend this product.

Keeps my blades organized and safe both from cutting stuff and my hands when I pull them out. Keeps them protected from damaging contact with things that will ding the sharp blades

The holder worked just as designed, fit all my Cuisinart accessories with an extra slot. Cost seems a little high for a plastic doo-dad but no one else seems to make this item.

I just received this yesterday and set it up with my attachments! Everything fits snugly and safely! I like that it has a lock on it, so it can’t open unexpectantly. I keep it up on the top shelf in my cabinet and that is a good safety feature, for sure! It’s lightweight and compact. Easy cleaning, just wipe down. It works well for storage. I was using my original storage box from my Kitchenaid processor, but of course, it didn’t fit well and I saw an accident waiting to happen! I even bought the dough blade, which has the spot for it!!! Now I’m all set! Perfect purchase! Can’t go wrong…

This product works perfectly and fits the parts and accessories for the DFP 14 BCN series. Just got it and it fits the DLC-7 blade inside, along with the DLC-7 adapter stem for attaching the DLC-044tx and DLC-037TX. It still has room to fit the plastic dough blade and one more slicing disc. Has a mini lock on it to prevent it from accidentally opening and has a lid which closes over top of the accessories to protect them from dulling or dust. Overall a great way to store and protect your blades and parts for the DFP-BCN Series processor.

お値段が、、、と思いながらジプロックに入れて100均のファイルケースで保管していました。 買って出して見てでか！でも場所をとるかなと思いましたがファイルボックスと変わらずそれよりもスッキリ収納で買ってよかった。 裏が何もないので本体も洗いやすいと思います。歯が鋭いので移動させる時にそこだけ気をつけたいと思います。

The sahrp blades are dangerous. This blade holder keeps them organized , isolated and safe. enough said?
