Yes you will have to start from the low beam settijg to the High Beam then to Red repeating setting. The headlamp SOS light asjustment should not be mistaken as operated as cycles but Low, High and Blinking settings. The speed of the blinking is not too fast just right for communting through the city **Q: How much does it weigh with the bracket and headband included? 0.99oz is the just the weight of the light, not the whole thing.** A: I didn’t weigh it but it all came together so I would assume it’s included.
