Does the ladder to the attic attach to anything ?

No. My daughter is always knocking it over and getting upset. You can open the top roof flap to access the attic that the ladder leads to. I’ll probably glue it down soon

What are the assembled dimensions of the Cherry Tree dollhouse, particularly the depth? There are discrepancies in the product description.

I don't have the measurements off hand, but I can tell you for sure, this is a quality, week built for house. It is well worth the money.

Is this the new Sophie house that is light pink or the older version that is a brighter pink?

It is a true baby pink, it's adorable!
