(Pack of 3 2 AAA Battery Holder with Switch, 2 x 1.5V AAA Battery Holder Case with Wire Leads and ON/Off Switch

Used two of these holders to resurrect two bad remotes for an old patio light system that was too costly to replace. The remotes suffered from battery corrosion and the battery terminals were too far gone to just clean up. Boards still worked after cleaning, so it would have been a pity to discard. Cut away part of the remote's battery compartment and heat glued a holder in. By the way, these holders also have an on/off switch. Now I have a working patio light system again.

I decided to convert my welding helmet from soldered- in coin cells to AAA batteries. The coins typically only last around 6 yrs anyway on my model. Needed 2 two battery holders for 3 volts on each side of the circuit board. Also wanted an on/off switch on the holders because of intermittent hobby use. Once I got the soldering out of the way, I found they fit perfect with plenty of clearance on the inside forehead area of the helmet. The battery tabs hold the batteries snug on their own., The switch works fine. Attached the cases with Velcro in the event I want to reposition them later. If storing long term, I can now easily remove the batteries because of the slide covers which also work very well. An inexpensive fix as opposed to buying a whole new helmet. I'm sure there are other reviewers who have used these for the same purpose. The 4 AAA batteries do add minimal ounces to the weight. I'm sure I'll never even notice once in use because of their location. Certainly worth a 1/2 hr of enjoyable work. Give me some time and I'll come up with more application's so I can order more. A great buy !

needed to convert a 3v button cell device to AAA, these worked fine, not the toughest, but very usable.

I used this to repair the battery holder on laser on a used sliding compound miter saw. The old batteries had leaked acid and it was rusty beyond bothering to repair. I just cut the wires to the old one, attached this one, tested it before mounting it (it worked!), and then I mounted it. Saw now has a laser sight again!

I bought a freezer temperature alarm after we had a storm that made the freezer need a reset. We lost several hundred dollars of food after realizing the problem too late. The problem came from a battery powered wireless sensor that is placed inside the freezer. I used lithium batteries per the instructions, but the cold still killed the battery power. I bought these battery holders to be able to place the batteries outside the freezer. They work perfectly.

Within the 3 pack of AAA batteryu case, one case was broken and the the 3 pack plastic bag had been opened then resealed. The shpping envlope showed no signs of damage.

These double "AAA" battery cases are really a nice closed holder The cover slides securely in place The cover can be locked with supplied screw. It does hold in place without the screw The leads are a usable length It does have a well integrated switch. All in all much better than expected!

Very simple to install and the pre-tinned leads help
