The battery life is also good and once fully charged as advertised works for 4-5 ...
I ordered fitbit band in January 2016 and since then it has become an integral part of my daily routine. The band along with the mobile app are a one stop destination for me to track my water intake, my sleeping patterns, activities and calories burnt. The battery life is also good and once fully charged as advertised works for 4-5 days. It is also water-proof and therefore is on my wrist 24*7. Looking forward to upgrade to a higher model of fitbit.

Love the Fitbit Flex!
Great to finally get Fitbit available in India at the right price. I love my Fitbit tracker and it keeps me active and keeps my eyes on my goals throughout the day. Must have product for anyone who is into fitness, or just wants some good information on tracking their daily movements.

Fitbit Flex is a Winner!
I have been using the Fitbit Flex for over 2 months. Love this piece. A very minimalistic activity tracker which is waterproof (rain and water splash, no underwater capability). Tracks the number of steps per day and you can sync it easily with the fitbit app for iPhone and Android. The pack comes with a small and large wrist bands, the tracker, usb charging cable and warranty plus how to use manuals. It also tracks your sleep by randomly tapping it(initiates the sleep mode) The best thing about this you can keep wearing it 24/7 due to it's simple and minimalistic design. 1 full charge will give it the juice for going 4-5 days in a stretch. Love it and been using it daily and keeps me super motivated to keep moving. :)

Not worth the money for iPhone 5s and above
The product is very stylish, and the Fitbit's iOS app is simply the best I've seen. The only downside is that I find it not worth the money. I use an iPhone 5s and since it has a chip built in to track all what the Fitbit does except sleep tracking, I would rather use the Fitbit's app only with my phone than paying 7k for the Flex. Also, I had to manually log in my sleep time as the double tap activation of sleep did not work on the flex. If you doesn't have an iPhone 5s or later, or you're using a Andriod phone, I would recommend the Mi Band of Xiaomi as it is just ₹1000. If you are absolutely serious about your health and is willing to enter your food intake, water intake and sleep, Fitbit is a good option.

Not worth it.
Definitely not worth the money. Inaccuate calculations of the number of steps taken as well as the calories. There are a number of apps on the App Store that can do a better job of calculating your steps. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Overly priced!

Great option for beginners not looking to spend too much money on fitness tracking
Great value for money! you can synchronize it with any phone(apple, windows and android). readings are quite accurate and price is not too bad. If you are a beginner to workout then this one is way better than the other options out there. otherwise go for garmin vivosmart.

... band with such a reputed brand will be very good quality but in the first two months a crack ...
I really felt that the rubber /plastic band with such a reputed brand will be very good quality but in the first two months a crack developed on the opening of the band on the back side where the capsule is suppose to be inserted. I had to use some fixing formula to fix the crack as the other (small one) belt is of no use to me (they supplied two belts with the product, one small the other big). I do not however have any issues with the functionality of the device which is working perfectly well just needs a routine charge after a few days time.

Product is worth the price.
Was delivered in a day's time! Amazon is so particular about the delivery of its products. Appreciate this about them. Product is working well. Needs charge once in 5 days which is pretty decent. Counts the steps just fine and keeps me motivated!

Fantastic Product, Fantastic Customer Service... Absolutely Recommend!
I've been using my Fitbit (and the website program) for over two weeks now. It's not a ton of time, but I have to say that I am absolutely in love! While I had a bit of difficulty figuring out the ins and outs of the product (there's no user-manual in the package; you have to go to the website and click through the product to learn about how to go to Sleep Mode, how to charge, how to install, etc), once I did figure it all out it's been a breeze and surprisingly motivating. Just the fact that it's on my wrist reminds me (and encourages me) to get moving; I find I WANT to hit my 10,000 step goal, I'm DRIVEN to get there no matter how tired I might be, not to mention that the website is fantastic for tracking your calorie-intake and -outtake to really get a concrete understanding of your success in your weight-loss regiment. I love that the website charts my daily stats, from steps and distance to weight and progress towards my goal, and I have been religiously tracking myself, feeling great pride when I'm told I've reached my goal :D The Fitbit Flex also has a sleep mode. Before I bought it, a friend of mine told me it would wake me up before my next REM state so that I wouldn't wake up groggy. Fibit does not say this simply because it's not true; it was a misrepresentation by my friend. BUT! The Fitbit does track how long it takes to fall asleep and how many times you 'wake up' (or move about) during the night, and it gives you a 'sleep efficiency' percentage that is actually really helpful. I've been enjoying this feature more than I expected because it's showing me that my sleep efficiency is TERRIBLE!!! 55% on a good day! AH! But it makes sense to me because I'm always tired and usually need to be in bed for 10+ hours to feel rested... no wonder, considering an 8-hour sleep only gets me around 4 hours of ACTUAL sleep! So, now that I know this (thanks Fitbit! ^.^), I've been taking steps to try to get better sleep: no computer before bed, watching what I eat (no chocolate or caffeinated tea), etc. It's still early, but I'll continue to use Fitbit to see if it's working and compare to my past nights' sleeps :) A final thing I want to talk about it the Customer Service at Fitbit. In a word, it's WONDERFUL! For my experience, I bought the tangerine coloured Fitbit (I LOVE colour!) and simply adored the brightness of it! Until a week in when the orange started to turn black.... It's not a fault of the Fitbit, I know it was/is something of mine that the Fitbit is rubbing against when I wear it that is rubbing off onto the Fitbit and staining it (though for the life of me I can't figure out what! My coat? Sweater? Sweat pants? Jeans? Furniture???? What is it!!?!?). The pretty orange wristband is now completely black on the edges... it's OK for casual wear, but if I want to wear something nice and keep my Fitbit on, it just looks shabby, and it made me really sad :( So, I contacted Fitbit Customer Service. I sent an email with a picture showing the discolouration and explaining that my tracker was in perfect shape but that the discolouration of the orange wristband made me not even want to wear it anymore because it just looks aweful. Within two days, I received a message from Fitbit Customer Service saying they would be happy to replace my orange wristband with a black one instead (no discolouring! YAY!!!!). I have to say, I am THRILLED with their response! Not only with the speed and efficiency of it, but with the fact that they were so understanding, friendly, and respectful of me. The only questions they asked were my name and address so they could send the replacement, no suspicion or berating questions, and as a customer I super appreciate that :) There seem to be less and less companies with great Customer Service, but Fitbit is definitely one that has fantastic Customer Service :) I feel confident and comfortable buying from them and recommending the products now that I know that they truly put their customers first. Anyway, that's my experience with Fitbit. I absolutely recommend this product, specifically this company rather than another version of the same product (I know there are lots out there... Fitbit just outshines them imo). Hope this review is helpful! :)

good product if you understand its limitation
At a glance- good value, good motivation, function is limited but great product if make good use of it. Detail- I was doing research on smart watch/sport wear. At first I didn't consider flex at all as it doesn't monitor my heart rate. However, I received this as a gift and decided to try it out. Features flex offers: Activity track- it only tracks your step count automatically. Like how many steps you've walk every day. It does mistake my driving as step as I raise my hands when I drive. It doesn't count any step if you don't move your hands when you walk. You can track your exercise using GPS but you need to start it with your app before the exercise. Other than the mentioned activities, you need to manually enter other exercise you did, like weightlifting or biking. You can input the calories burned by doing those activities but its not automatic and you have pretty much no way to find out exactly how much you burned. I'm surprise it does record my dog walking as active minutes instead of normal walking. I walk a little faster and longer when I walk my dogs compare to normal daily errand walks food & drink log- you have to manually input how much you eat and drink, of course. It calculates calories intake and compare it to the calories you burned Goal setting- it let you set how much you want to walk, in steps and distance , and you can keep track of your progress by tapping the band twice. It shows one dot for every 20% you've done. You can enter a weight you want to achieve and it tells you how much you are away from it. You need to manually enter your weight every time unless you have the aria scale which connects to your app. Sleep pattern- you have to tap the band for a few seconds to put it in sleep mode before you sleep. I found it pretty accurate in tracking my awake hours and restless times at night. Basically it tracks your sleep pattern by tracking your hand movement. The more tou I've, the more restless you are. When you wake up, you tap the band again and put it back to normal mode. Its quite annoying you have to put it in sleep mode every night but as long as you remember yo do it, it works great. Friend connection- you can connect with your friend and compete with each other. Its relatively easy and you can decide what info you want to share on their website, you can't set your privacy level within the app tho. Overall, I like the fitbit flex more than I expected. Like I said, I didn't even put flex into my consideration because its limited function. But after using it for a while, it does motivate me to walk more, eat better, drink more water and let me understand my sleep pattern. Bottom line, this is one of the relatively cheaper sport wear available in the market. Understand its limitation and make good use of it. Most of the things require manual input using the app. Use the app, record everything and you will be motivated. If you are lazy with all the info entering then no smartware in the world can satisfy you because what you ate won't magically appear in your app. A side note about amazon: I got another flex for my friend after I found it useful, got it for 98$ on amazon and the price dropped to 79$ a week after, on amazon or any store available. I contacted azon and they were super cool with refunding the difference to me. No hassles at all, that's why I'm a loyal amazon shopper

Useful product but does not sync
I've used Fitbits in the past and have found it easy to monitor my steps, log my calorie intake and monitor my health. But with this particular i have issues with it trying to sync.. It does not sync daily and i cannot understand what my calorie intake should be.. I've googled the issue but still the same outcome.
