REDSHIFT Quick-Release Clip-On Alum Aerobars

I like these. They're nice and stable, no wobble at all. They come out decently easy when you want to take em off. Comfortable padding for the elbows and the slight bend is ergonomic. I imagine it's worth looking into the risers as, on road bikes, aero bars do seem to sit pretty low. You also reach quite a bit farther out than you would on a tri-bike with built in aero bars. My neck is definitely barking after using these on long rides.

Very pleased with these clip-on bars. They don’t add a lot of weight and have a ton of adjustability which really lets you dial them in. I really like the way they attach to the clips, making them very easy to remove and yet clamp tightly so there are no creaks or rattles. The pad is very comfortable and easily removed to clean. I did add one layer of electrical tape under the clamp to avoid scratching the bars, which hasn’t negatively affected the clamping at all. Overall very pleased with these bars!

I really like these. The removal fitting can be a bit finicky to get on n off. They should really include some risers for the price but I’ve been fine with mine as received without risers, but would be nice. Also not sure why they didn’t use stainless steel for the rods that lock in, there is anodizing because they are right where you sweat.

These Redshift clip on bars are unique in that you can easily take them on and off. I live in the mountains where there isn't much need for them, but racing they word so well. very happy, own 2 sets; trainer and road bike.

They work as advertised. The release mechanism is a little tricky, but easily mastered. I'm not sure why they're so worried about accidental disengagement of the bars. The biggest issue I have is difficulty getting a secure, solid fitting. The clamps have to be applied so tight to prevent rattling that it negates the "quick release" aspect of this product. I think better products are available.

Totally worth it if you are using your road bike for tri.

good quality, easy to install, very adjustable. Quick release works well. My only issue was my wife liked them so much she stole my first set and I had to get another one

These are my first set of aero bars and I currently have them mounted on my Trek Madone SL6. The install was easy enough but I was frustrated by how easily the pre drilled holes for the elbow rests stripped when tightening the bolt to attach them to the mounts/bars. I popped two of the holes while tightening and really didn’t think I was tightening that hard.. luckily there are other holes to use but definitely be careful when tightening the bolts. I’ve ridden probably around 250 miles with them on two different bikes and find that they consistently rattle which is pretty obnoxious, when using them you feel a good bit of movement /flex with them too. Other than those two issues they seem good enough for the task. On my old bike they got 2.6mph more on my average speed which was awesome.

Fahre jetzt über 55Jahre Bike. Hatte auch schon einige Aerobars. Die redshift fahre ich jetzt seit 2 Monaten. Die beste die ich je hatte. Super ist die wechselmögliche bei meinen 2 Bikes. Somit geht für mich auch der Preis in Ordnung.

Does the job. Does not have any vertical height modification possible on this model. Reliable anyway.

Okay y’all I am so happy I spent the extra money to buy these! The quick release mounts cannot be beat and they are so sturdy. Love having these as an option on my cannondale when I want to train a bit harder in tri form.
