Verizon Wireless 4G LTE SIM Card - All 3 Sizes (3-in-1), Nano/Micro/Standard Sizes (4FF / 3FF / 2FF)

Transferred an iPhone 6 to an iPhone XR, the SIM card didn’t work so we bought this new one, works great. It was so easy, we set it up ourselves through the Verizon app. I had gone to the Verizon store which is our carrier and they told me they didn’t have any 4g SIM cards to replace the broken one. They tried to sell me a new phone. So we bought this SIM card and it works great.

So, I popped this SIM card into my phone, and boom, instant connection like we’ve been best friends forever! No weird issues, no drama, just smooth sailing. Calls are clear, data is speedy, and I didn’t have to call tech support once, my favorite part! You are of course gonna have to get a phone plan added to it, but once that’s done, you’re golden. If you want something that just works without any fuss, this SIM card is the way to go.

I almost never write reviews but this experience was aweful. I ordered this SIM. Followed instruction online to buy a $40/month Verizon plan. I was issued a phone number and put the SIM in my phone. It didn't work. So I called technical support. They said my cell phone was not compatible. So I tried putting it in a second cell phone. Again it didn't work. Again I called technical support and they said the second phone was also not compatible. THE WORST PART IS THAT VERIZON REFUSED TO REFUND THE $40 monthly plan I bought and was never able to use. AND WORSE THAN THAT - THEY PLAN TO CHARGE ME MONTHLY. I had to appeal these charges through my credit card company. Such a huge waste of time. I highly recommend avoiding this product.

COVID-19, a new way of doing business. I am very rural and rely on cellular for ISP. My data cap is 15GB which I hit now in a week. One solution is to get another SIM without having to purchase another modem and swap out the SIM when Verizon kicks in network management and throttles me down. By the way, the 600 KB is a max rate when it kicks in - typical rate is close to 10 KB (yes, slower than an old-school modem). Verizon made me add a line (monthly fee about $20) for the SIM, but at least I did not have to use a second device. This SIM card was reassuring to me because it is all three sizes in one (old school standard, the newer micro, and the newest nano). You punch out or trim the chip to the size needed. I needed the standard-sized SIM so I did not need to trim the plastic credit-card-like carrier it was molded in. It looks like if I had to use a nano, and go back to micro or standard I could. Not like a USB adapter that is metal and rigid, but is a nice stiff plastic that slides right into the SIM slot as needed. Bottom line, it works for my rural Verizon cellular network modem device to help me get through Hot Spot data limitations.

It works

Unfortunately the only way I could find to carrier unlock a phone was to actually insert a physical SIM card for another carrier. Everyone I know uses the same carrier as me, and the alternative (Verizon in this case) wasn't worth the long drive just to buy/borrow a SIM card when I wasn't actually planning to swap carriers at this time. So, as a dummy to unlock my old phone, this worked flawlessly. It downloaded the Verizon carrier apps and made the necessary Android OS changes within about a minute including restart time (Galaxy S10 for reference). So I have full confidence it should work for, you know, actually getting Verizon service. I might even hang on to it in case I swap carriers in the future!

I have to start with the fact that I was very skeptical that this sim card was going to function after the less than stellar reviews on this site. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get this activated without needing to contact Verizon. My phone is up and running and I couldn't be happier. Arrived in a timely manner along with another package I ordered. Thanks.
