Creatine works
I have been using this product for a few months now. I wish I took before and after pictures. I wanted to make sure it works before writing a review. With consistent exercise and controlling your eating habits you can definitely see muscle growth and definition in your body. I focus on a calorie deficit but mainly increased my protein a lot and go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Following the directions on how often to take these capsules. And you must drink A LOTA OF WATER! You cannot take these assuming it is going to work, you have to put in the work!!!!
