Cuisinart DLC-869TX-1 Replacement Dough Blade Fits Models DLC-8S, DFP-11, DLC-2011, DLC-3011, EV-11PC6, EV-11PC7, & EV-11PC8 Only OEM

First off I own a Cuisinart DLC-8SBCY Pro Custom 11 and this hook fit it perfectly. After installing the hook I was able to make pizza dough and other dough recipes. This hook works perfectly over the original blade because it actually kneads the dough. Also its not sharp like the original blade. I recommend this dough hook for anyone looking to make dough recipes in their food processor.

Truss is great for kneading dough or mixing batter.

It does not fit for the bigger food processors like 11 Cup Prep Plus. Initially bought it for that, should have read the description better. But I had an old smaller model processor, so the product itself works great.

Replacement blade fits perfectly!

Fits food processor. Does the job it's designed to dp

I have had a Cuisenart Pro for many years. I use the dough blade frequently in making bread doughs and pizza doughs. My kids incorrectly put away the dough blade - and the next day it was a puppy chew toy. Good news, the puppy is fine; the children have been schooled on the correct way to put away these items. I am so happy I could shoot conveniently to Amazon to get this replacement piece without having to go to directly to the manufacturer.

Had to throw away because it doesn't fit the DFP-14BCN 14-Cup Food Processor, that I ordered it for! Proper part #DLC-019ATX-1. I bought from cuisinart Webstore works perfectly.

Nice product
