15"x15" Stainless Steel Radiant Fireback

This fireback is perfect for my outdoor masonry chiminea. It fits exactly across the back of the firebrick, and reflects most of the heat to the sitting area in front of the fireplace (heat loss is a common problem with chimineas). Sturdy panel supported by adjustable angled-steel holders make it easy to fit into most fireplaces.. but check the rear dimensions of your firebox before ordering.

Surprisingly well made! I was impressed. I haven't got to actually use it yet but its very well built. I was expecting a flimsy piece of junk from the looks if the picture but was pleasently surprised.

For what this item costs, it did not make any noticeable difference in the amount of heat coming out of our fireplace with a gas log set. But customer service compromised with me on the return shipping costs, which was very helpful.

When i ordered this product i was very hopeful it will help redirect the heat from the fireplace. But this product did nothing what it promised. Was too late to return it.

Radiates heat well, however, it blackened immediately and does not actively reflect light.

The heat radiates at least three feet further from the fireplace now and the room was noticably warmer.

Smoke does up the chimney, and it warms the room.

Not sure if its actually working. Not a noticeable product.
