EXCELLENT customer service and quality product!
I purchased an Aqua Elegante 6-function, luxury handheld shower head and matching hose in January 2024. I have been SO happy with it! It has equal or better performance than some $$$$$ hand held shower heads I've been talked into in the past by remodeling contractors! I couldn't be more pleased!!I removed the flow regulator and lost it, so asked the company where I could purchase another. I received an immediate reply from the nicest customer service agent, Jose. They sent me a link for their shower head spare parts kit, and told me they'd reimburse me for it after it shipped. And they did--immediately!!! It turns out Aqua Elegance is a small, family-owned business, and actually APPRECIATES their customers. This is who you want to do business with, folks! Thank you Jose and Aqua Elegante!!!

Helpful when you buy several shower heads
I bought several shower heads from this company for my remodel, but during installation, some of the parts got mixed up, so I ordered this kit and was very impressed since it had everything I needed and more.

Thankfully, extra parts are available!
I bought the shower head and immediately removed the flow restrictor. I do love a forceful shower! I put the restrictor aside...somewhere. When I have overnight guests my hot water tank has trouble keeping up! Now where did I put that flow restrictor?!!! Fortunately, this company has a kit for extra pieces and I do not need to buy a new shower head! I love my shower head.
