The weave of the rope is much looser and chunkier. The ends were not frayed so there was a good inch to an inch of a quarter on each side of just rope poorly tied with thread that easily untied itself just by rubbing the finger over it on both sides.So be prepared to do a little extra work to change the thread on the ends and trim the excess to the amount of fraying that you would like after you unweave the ends.Seeing that you can get these for $5 on ebay. I assume the London magic one would be better because the picture illustrated a nicer rope quality but maybe the photo is misleading because it's not the highest quality photo. Overall it works and you have to practice.
