They have worked with me to determine if pieces needed to be replaced or the entire table. Very helpful and willing to fix the issues!The pictures look nice. The reviews were...ok. I always look at the overall, and then read all the 1-&-2 star reviews for common issues. This is definitely NOT a 4-star piece.PROS: easy assembly. Comes with everything you need and goes together relatively easily. Even the instructions are adequate. UPDATE: excellent customer service! They worked with me to remedy the situation quickly and entirely!CONS:*extremely small. Dimensions match description, but as far as useable space on it...not adequate. Partly due to another con mentioned below.*wheels are in name-only. They are plastic discs that so not turn when table is setting on legs; yes, I released the brakes! they’re just too small/light to support the weight of the (empty) table to roll it.*non-adjustable. I’m short, and even at optimum seating (where I can pull it to desired location) it is too short.*it is NOT made to roll underneath the edge of a chair of any kind for use as a couch/chair/bed tray. I purchased this for my mother who is convalescing and limited to a chair for most of the day. I scrapped the table for that purpose. The only spot we could use it even semi-effectively was in a straight back kitchen chair with no bars running across the bottom. Useless!*Table tilts down to the inside no matter how I adjust the spinners. Things slide. Would not trust it with a plate or laptop. The instructions were easy to follow and it only took a few minutes. I loved that the tools I needed were included. The first time I rolled it across the floor the side of one of the wheels fell off and I needed to chase the dog to get it back. Of course, he dented it because it is made from plastic. I tried snapping it back into place and it just fell off again. Anyway, super glue to the rescue as soon as I was sure that the piece was being turned by the wheel shaft.Now I couldn't be happier. I placed it at the height so that I can sit on the couch and reach my laptop easily! When I want to sit on the couch and have a snack it is just high enough that my little dog can not sneak a taste. This was an excellent value and certainly sturdy enough for my use. The pieces fit perfectly and the table is far superior to what I expected. After putting it together I was amazed how fast it took me but when I looked at the table top I noticed that the screws that come up form the bottom of the top piece had almost pushed through the wood. There were four cracks and dimples. I knew then that I failed to read the easy directions which showed 4 screws that were shorter then the others. These screws were for the top piece. I knew that I screwed up. I contacted the Company and asked if they could send me another top and of course I would pay for my error. They said that they couldn’t send me just the top piece alone BUT that they would send me free of charge a brand new table which I just received and set up CORRECTLY.
