So there’s way to do these experiments very cheaply. My 3 and 5 year old LOVE doing these. My 5 year old actually understands the science (he’s fairly advanced, though) and we use it for bedtime reading. (Yes, we proudly fly our nerd flag.) My 3 year old just enjoys doing the experiments with us. As a bonus, my friend’s daughter had a science fair project and she couldn’t think of a simple way to show her chosen topic. Because I’ve read this book cover to cover I remembered there was an appropriate (SIMPLE!) experiment. And it worked! I recommend this book to everyone I can.
