This is a nice product. Even heating and useful

The product is a piece of waste. I got it few months back and have already called the technician twice. First for not heating so they had to change a part. Second for door issue as it was making cranking sound. My old bajaj never gave me issue for straight 10 years. Their service is good and they addressed my issue by sending the technician but I can't keep raising complaints.

It has reheat options which I wanted. Unlike microwave this is specially made for making food like cake , cookies, roasted food ,toast . With amazing features and functions. Perfect size for small families and foodie person like me. For safety it has auto turn off light which saves energy. And you can stop in between to check the food is ready or not and again you can start . So many accessories are available at this price. Same item of Philips brand is there but it cost around 9k-10k but this you will get within 5.5k-6k with Amazon gift coupons. At last I can say it is better than convection microwave. Use it for cooking and for heating solo microwave. As microwave heats up food quickly and from inside it will be warm. But this OTG oven also have convection fan which you can turn on for even cooking and heating. It also have a defrost option. For safety it has baking time option which you can use if you are new all timings are there and you can also modify heat and time accordingly in pre-set menu and will get reset after turning off the oven. So I recommend this. If you want a alternative cheaper item than convectional microwave.

This you can only grill and roast but you can’t make hot like food , can’t warm tea or coffe in cup it only make cup hot but not a inside coffee or tea , nothing rice or roti also…. Since there is not motorised heat production
