Worked Great.
Used this cable to add a USB port to my hot tub. Hottub stereo had a USB port but it was not brought out to the exterior of the tub. This worked great for my application, and I like that I can cap it when not in use. This product would be perfect it the cap was deeper so that I could leave my Nano USB drive installed with the cover cap on. Easy to install, seems to be good quality and great price.

Mounted in a motorcycle trailer
I have a trailer that I pull with my Bike for camping. I mounted a battery, charge controller and inverter inside with a solar panel on top. This cable gives me the ability to charge my phone and tablet without having to actually open the trailer lid.

It mounts thru a 1" hole
I didn't see the dimensions of the mounting hole shown. The devive fits perfectly into a 1 inch round hole for mounting
