Wish it had a bit more flavor
Oddly enough, the directions give no indication on how much water to use with each packet. And the listing likely has a typo "pour into 20 oz or 32 oz" and "take one packet daily, twice daily". But the few that I've tried, make me think that you want to err on the smaller side. I'm thinking 8 ounces or less. Because my first few batches only had a hint of flavor, tasted more like water than anything else, anything more would basically be non-existent. But fortunately it was very easy to use. The packets open easily and pour smoothly into a cup. The powder dissolves quickly and evenly into your water and does not leave any grit in your mixture. I haven't noticed any significant improvement in my sleep quality or anxiousness, but I am a fairly mild mannered individual, so not sure I will. It is a hair on the pricey side given the cost and number of packets you get. But the ingredient list boasts some pretty healthy stuff and I've seen something fairly similar (if not this actual brand) advertised in popular department stores. Overall I'm willing to finish out the bag, mixed on if I'll buy more. AA battery for scale.

Subtle flavor that dissolves completely in water
I have a long commute to and from work. The morning isn’t so bad, as I leave for work before the roosters crow. That afternoon drive home is the worst, though. I can feel my anxiety building just thinking about it. I’ve been on the lookout for something that might help me relax a little, without making me sleepy or altering my focus. These Stress and Mood Calming Drink Mixes arrived in a resealable pouch. There are 20 individually portioned sachets and the manufacturing and expiration dates are clearly printed on the packaging. The supply I received was freshly packaged just 3 months ago and I have almost 2 years to use them. The individual packets are easy to tear open with just your fingers so they are good to take on the go as no scissors are required. I like that the ingredients are natural and there’s no fillers or artificial flavors. I found the ingredients to be of high quality, including magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, L-theanine, and vitamin D3. Citric acid, Stevia and organic beet root powder and natural flavors round out the mix. At only 10 calories, I have plenty of room in my diet for this. The taste is very subtle. The directions on the container don’t say how much water to mix it with, so I mixed mine with a standard 16.9 ounce water bottle. It has a light, powdery consistency that allows it to mix with water completely. I didn’t have a clump of powder sitting at the bottom of my bottle because it dissolved easily with just a few shakes. The water turned a lovely pale pink color, and I really enjoyed the taste. It’s light and refreshing; not overwhelming. I could taste the subtle raspberry flavor but could not detect the lemon. If you aren’t a water aficionado, I think this would mix well with tea or soda because there really is just a hint of flavor. I like the taste and texture as I didn’t find there to be any grittiness at all. Drinking this an hour or so before I leave for my commute, I had a better experience than previous days. I was not sleepy at all, and I had a general sense of wellbeing and calm. I feel like 20 sachets for the price is a really good value and I’m all for anything that makes my commute more manageable.

Pleasant Taste But Mild Effects
I ordered this calming drink mix hoping it would help manage my work stress and improve my overall mood throughout the day. The raspberry lemonade flavor is genuinely enjoyable and not overly sweet or artificial tasting like many supplement powders. It mixes smoothly into water without clumping or leaving a gritty texture, which makes it easy to drink. The single serve sachets are super convenient for throwing in my bag and using at the office or while traveling. I appreciate that the formula includes vitamin D3 since I know I don't get enough sun exposure during winter months. However, the calming effects are quite subtle and not as noticeable as I hoped they would be. I don't feel dramatically more relaxed after drinking it, though I also haven't experienced any negative side effects or drowsiness. It might be working in the background to support my mood, but the changes are gradual enough that it's hard to attribute them directly to this product. For the price, I expected more pronounced results given the premium ingredients listed. It's a pleasant drink that may provide some gentle support over time, but don't expect immediate or transformative relaxation. I'll finish the box to see if longer term use makes a difference, but I'm not completely convinced it's worth repurchasing yet.

Light, Pleasant Flavor and a Surprisingly Relaxing Experience
I tried these for the first time and was pretty excited because the ingredient mix is usually found in much more expensive products. While I obviously can’t verify anything about the ingredients myself, this actually seemed to work well for me. I took one before bed and ended up having one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. The combination of magnesium, L‑theanine, and ashwagandha is commonly associated with relaxation, and it definitely felt calming. The taste is very light, raspberry lemonade but not overly sweet. I just mixed it into a small shot of water, and that worked perfectly since the flavor isn’t strong. Overall, it’s an easy, pleasant drink mix that made winding down feel a bit smoother. Keep in mind that this just comes with one bag of 20 packets. Not three bags. And at $25 for a pack, and $1.20 each, it's not cheap. But they are worth it when you look at the cost of other supplements with similar ingredients.

Mildly calming, very pleasant to drink
I really like the flavor of these drink mixes compared to others I've tried that have been very heavy on the Stevia. These are mildly sweet with a refreshing, subtle berry flavor. They give the impression of an infused water as opposed to a cloyingly sweet, sugar-free drink. As this compares to something like kava, the effects are fairly mild. This is on par with drinking a calming tea. If you don't want to feel sedated but have just a little edge taken off, this is a nice option. Honestly, I was tempted to split the difference between this and and a more strongly flavored kava mix I own, which actually struck the perfect balance for me. This is appropriate to drink during the day because it doesn't make you sleepy, and the packaging recommends drinking twice a day. Because of the unassuming flavor, this is something I could definitely see fitting into my routine and would add some welcome interest to my water.

Mild flavor, mild effects.
"This drink mix is marketed as a mood support and calming supplement. I’ve used 10 of the 20 sachets so far and have had mixed results. It dissolves easily and has a mild, pleasant flavor, which I appreciate. The ingredient list is impressive, especially since many similar drinks tend to be overly sweet or packed with artificial flavors and sweeteners. While it claims to include a lot of beneficial ingredients, I’ve only noticed mild effects. It’s not bad by any means, but the results haven’t been strong enough for me to justify paying over a dollar per packet. The taste is nice, but overall, I’m not sure I’d purchase it again.

refreshing calming drink that supports relaxation
This calming drink mix is a convenient and enjoyable way to unwind during a busy day. The raspberry lemonade flavor is light and refreshing, and it dissolves quickly in water without leaving any grit or residue. The single serve sachets make it easy to take to work, on trips, or enjoy as part of an evening routine. The formula blends Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and highly absorbable magnesium glycinate to provide gentle stress support and promote calm focus. I noticed a sense of relaxation without feeling drowsy, which makes it easy to use during the day or in the evening. The added vitamin D3 is a thoughtful touch for overall wellness and mood support. Mixing and drinking it is simple, and the effects are subtle but effective for easing tension and supporting mental balance. This drink mix is a practical and pleasant option for anyone looking to manage daily stress naturally.

Seems to work, flavor is a bit insipid, caution for some users
I would have preferred this powder to not have Ashwagandha in it, because Ashwagandha can be an issue for mixing with anti-anxiety and thyroid tablets. That said, I found this packet did give me some calming effects (note that I do not fall into any of the above categories) that lasted several hours at least. They were mild, but noticeable. The reason for the 4 Stars and not 5 are two-fold. First, the taste: I couldn't taste any lemon flavor whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I added a squeeze of lemon to give it a bit of tartness, and I had only about 10 ounces of water. Second, I find it a bit pricey at 2 suggested packets a day, which works out to $2.50 per day, based on a present selling price of $24.99/20 packets. Nonetheless, it is certainly less expensive than a up of coffee from the local coffee shop.
