Seller VM Express completely screwed my purchase up by sending the incorrect pool cover twice. Twice I could only communicate by email with this company who only send generic statements back asking me to find parts numbers model numbers serial numbers. Worst experience I have ever had. This is not some small product I can open and look at, I have to unroll this heavy pool cover out just to find out it's incorrect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2018* It has lasted for the last 2 Michigan winters on our inground pool. Last year it did cave in and broke a few springs, but that was my fault as I drained the pool down a little to low. We received an ice storm followed by 12" of heavy wet snow. I was able to pull the wet snow off and fix the broken springs. It survived the rest of the winter and will be good to go for another winter. So much faster than a tarp and water bags to install and remove!! ### ⭐ Worst Customer service ever *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2017* By far the worst customer service i have ever delt with in my life. Ordered a pool cover for a 16x32 pool with centered steps and the cover came in and was only 33' long. Did not come close to covering my steps and the ad said "do not include steps when measuring length of pool, only measure pool for cover size". Needless to say it was to short and they would not do anything about. Jay with bw corp told me to list it on craigslist and sell it, that was my only option and that his boss had enough money that he didnt care about me or him so i just had to deal with it. Only reason i gave it 1 star is because it wouldn't submit without selecting atleast 1 star.
