My supplement routine is amino energy pre-workout, Xtend post (Can't have too many stimulants and this is stimulant free), ON Gold Standard when my fasting window opens, multi vitamins, fish oil and glucosamine throughout the day. Since starting IF I have dropped about 10-12 lbs. 5'8'' and went from about 185 to 175 lbs give or take.
