UNDERWRAPS Women's One Size Tutu

I bought this item for an edm concert that I was attending and it was great! It doesnt come with batteries so you have to provide your own. It was shorter and puffier than I thought it would be and I def had to wear something under it. The lights were bright but there weren't as many as I thought there would be. Overall it worked for what I needed!

Pretty Tutu and lights up very well. The tutu is not as full as it is pictured and was delivered with Hay all over it and smells like it was in a hamster or rabbit cage. Really strange, but after carefully handwashing, it seems to be fine. For the price, good item, likely was previously owned and returned and was not posted as such.

This was worth every penny and more. I knew I was taking a chance, but I really didn't expect it to fit and look so great. I was especially worried because I have a short torso and thick backside and in my experience, Halloween costume stuff for females is always super small, uncomfortable, and/or ill-fitting - that is, meant exclusively for the rare and unnatural body types of the women who model them in the picture. I was prepared to get a gross muffin top from this skirt that would require I wear it higher up on my waist and make my torso look even shorter, but I couldn't find anything near this price that was so close to what I wanted.What a pleasant surprise when I tried it on and it fit comfortably around my hips - even my lower hips which achieved a great low-rise look. I have a 36-38 hip and I feel like this would even give a few more inches without inducing the dreaded muffin-top. The lights worked great and everyone LOVED this on me. The battery pack is a little weird because it hangs so heavy, but I tucked it in the waistband and it didn't give me much trouble at all. The dress-up-playing little girl in me kinda wishes I could wear it all the time to be honest.... Highly recommend!

Disappointed that only half the strand of LED lights worked. Cute idea but not the greatest quality. Shipped quickly and properly packed.

I'm a size 14 and it stretched enough... Just like the picture surper short and had a ripped area but I just sewed it up didn't want to exchange ... Good for one time use

I got this tutu to wear for a Christmas Light run that I never got to do. However, I have worn it around the neighborhood when I need to do a night run.If you get this, make note: if you flip the switch all the way over, it will blink consistently; if you carefully move the switch half-way on, it will keep the lights steady-on. Found that out just by messing with it.I love wearing it & looking forward to a glow run to use it in now!

I bought 2 of these tutu's for myself and a friend. I placed the batteries in and only half the lights work and the other one is exactly the same. What a rip off!

I love this thing. It is a wonderful addition to a costume wardrobe. It has multiple settings: static and disco ball. You can also turn the tutu off while driving or to conserve batteries. The elastic is wide, and the quality fairly high. It is most certainly worth the price.
