Very well packaged in the shipping box, extremely good quality materials and well built, heavy duty components. Pay close attention to the sizing guide and the size of your space, especially the opening and the side the door opens. The instructions included are terrible and mostly unusable. Go to the website and watch the videos to understand how to install. It's not hard, but the measurements need to be precise for the placement.

My cabinet door is 24” tall so this product technically fits but the top drawer is totally useless. The metal railings scrape along the top of the cabinet door so I can’t put anything taller than 3” on the top drawer. The bottom drawer is fine but there is a ton of extra room around the sides that are completely unused and now blocked by the two drawers. Installation was extremely frustrating and confusing as well. I can normally slap together Chinese furniture quickly even if there’s no words. The problem with these instructions is that you need to line up two moving assemblies so they don’t bind or hit anything. They don’t give you any measurements on where to install the structure to get the right clearance. I just partially assembled it and tweaked my back trying to hold it all in place as I marked the installation points. The instructions are useless, just watch the video not that it tells you any more information. Because my unit just barely scrapes the top of the door opening I also wasn’t able to install the top drawer without dissembling the drawer. Another irritating part of installation was the sliding pole. You need to screw the pillow blocks into the cabinet which is fine for the bottom, but if you’re like me and have stone countertops you need to drill into the stone for installation. Above your head and around the corner. I just epoxied the top pillow block in place and I expect it to fail. I’ll just throw this thing out when it does. After all that pain installing this thing the drawers only pull out to the crease in the middle so the back of the top drawer is very inaccessible. There’s no vertical or horizontal adjustments on this unit so if you need to move a drawer higher or lower for whatever reason you’re stuck. In all, just save your $200 and just stick a lazy Susan in your cabinet instead.

This is a quality system. Solid construction and parts, works smooth. The installation was a headache. I've been a cabinetmaker for almost 20 years and the used trial and error to install the hardware. The placement of the post and the main bracket are important and crucial to the operation of the shelf. It would take such little effort to add templates or more complete instructions. I'm losing time and money figuring out the installation.

The shelf is wonderful! Glides easy...feels very sturdy. I found the measurements on the directions accurate. My directions arrived in a language other than English. Went to the ad and downloaded the English version. I did find that the illustrations were much better on the other than English version, so we kept both and compared. Measurements were in millimeters which took some conversion. The positioning of the support post was guess work, but it worked out. One word of caution...the shelving unit takes up a lot of space and I was not able to get everything back in the cabinet that I had, but it is wonderful to be able to easily access what I kept.

This makes great space for that dead triangle in my cabinets. There is no reach now and everything stacks nicely on the adjustable shelves. Indicated on the box was "defective", but after we installed it, it functioned fine. The shelves are suppose to be "self closing", the bottom shelf is, but the top one you have to push it slightly, maybe that is the defective issue. It does take quite a bit of patience to install it, it's not a 10 minute job, but once installed it's very nice. The adjustable shelves are nice too.

Not worth the effort of installing, you lose a lot of space because of the funky shape and mechanism.

I bought these to use as a way to reach items in the back of the cabinet. They were easy to install without calling someone. I used a video and that helped, I would purchase again.

Generally good quality. The instructions are so stupidly bad. Even worse than IKEA. I did some preassembly before starting so that did help. What you measure off of in your install is not clear. (Yes I can convert Metric to Standard). All the clearance is so precise it matters. The top post mounts to the top of the cabinet or the underside of a stone countertop in my installation and had to fabricate a mounting location. All of which is fine if the locations were clear but they are not. In my case I will need to relocate the top hinge on my door as it gets in the way which also is a clearance issue you may need to be aware of. If your cabinet has a drawer you don't have much room on the top shelf so works better for a taller cabinet. Very limited adjustment in the shelf separation as to be expected. How about a template? Maybe a better drawing that shows if you measure from the outside face or the inside of the cabinet. Maybe include a bracket to mount the top mount to the cabinet face. Perhaps I should have known what was coming when the heading of the instructions are titled "Fixing instruction for swing corner". Buyer beware! I almost returned this however I am handy and can make the adjustments and modifications necessary.

We looked at several options for accessing the back corners of 2 blind cabinets in our newly renovated kitchen, and decided upon these, going by the ratings and the price. They're great! and if you raise the bottom shelf up a notch or two you then you'll have extra storage space on the cabinet floor as well. This product is extremely small. Returned it, still have not received my refund, 3 weeks now. Not a good vendor.

Needed something for my blind corner This is sturdy, very well made and fits when I have a drawer above it It does allow for limited space, but it is better than getting down on hands a knees to find something Thanks again Amazon

The instructions are not an easy thing to understand. Need wording as the pictures they provide are not clear. It does work great once I got it assembled.
