This thing works really good it's a little slow but I get a packed cigarette every time. The only drawback is the tube holder only holds 10 tubes they need to make a much much larger tube holder and one that's easier to load the tubes in. Other than that well worth the money. Would buy again. I used to have a cigarette genie that thing was super fast held a lot of tubes and tobacco but only lasted about a year which is probably why you can't find them anymore. Too bad that thing had major potential.

Machine stopped working after 2 weeks. Very bulky Don’t waste your money

I had this since Aug 2023. We love this machine! with over 8,000 (8,223 at this post) Cigs made on the med setting. We clean it after every 200 made. Tapping it gently and using a vacuum cleaner. There was a tiny pin on the inside that poped out of place around the 5,000 mark, this was very very easy to fix myself, just a screw driver and a pair of needle nose pliers. When we had it open i also did a deep cleaning of all the parts and re-greasing everything. not a single issue since. So if you take care of it and keep it clean you will get so much use out of this unit. And do try to keep your tobacco around 11% moisture and a very fine cut using the included cutter. Keep it clean! Side note: out of a box of 200 tubes, I get about 1-3 that get smooched. But this can be expected. Just keep an eye on it and keep your tubes nice and new looking. EDIT: now we have 11865 and counting! 4/20/24 EDIT: Now at 15,620! The plunger snapped but it got replaced. 7/22/24 EDIT: It has died at 21,164, the main motor mount snapped off the case. it was unfixable. Keeping for parts.

So, I just received it today and got right into it. I was surprised it came with an electric chopper, what I read it was a manual one. New tobacco, new tubes, and I set to work. First 50 ZERO problems, so I wanted to create some so I could see this in action. I put a few oval tubes in, machine didn't like it and the next 3 didn't come out so well. I expected it as I wanted to see what it did. Cleaned the machine with my wife's little vacuum and set out to create another problem. Little longer tobacco in it. Machine had no problems until the last tube (I did 5 at a time on all of them), when it crinkled, dumped the load but to my surprise it continued to run and didn't stop when there were no tubes in the hopper. I stopped it, cleaned everything again and decided to do a 200 run. Used the correct tubes, correct tobacco length, and the right humidity (15%). Started with 10 tubes and manually feed tobacco and tubes to do a straight 200 run. All I can say is WOW. I caught 1 tube that became oval, but it worked flawlessly!! Packed right to the filter, filled all except the one, and it was actually great! Took 1 out to smoke (I used the tightest setting), and it smoked very well. So far well worth the investment. Great machine, it wants what it wants in terms of tubes and tobacco, but if that's all it takes to make it happy, then I am happy about it. I'm going to try a 2 carton run tomorrow or the next day just to put it through the paces. All I can say so far is, excellent machine. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is, and I hope I am wrong, but from what I read there's plastic gears contacting metal, and that's never a good thing as the plastic will get torn up. Will let you know when I make so runs. 03/30/2020 So, I was right about the plastic/metal. The machine broke, made some awful noise and all of a sudden stopped making cigarettes. I ordered another one, just because I am lazy and when it works, it works very well. Since I did that I figured I would take it apart and find out what happened. As I thought the main mechanism is metal, this being held by plastic structures. If anything goes wrong, long tobacco, stem getting into it, the motor torques hard and breaks the plastic structure around it. Do I still love this machine, yep that why I ordered another one, but I will take this one apart and find out what went wrong and fix it.

I don't know what the other people are talking about I've had mine for over a year and has work flawlessly as long as you keep maintaining it and cleaning it regularly I've done over 4500 cigarettes and no problems.

It came late but I believe that was the Mail carrier. Otherwise it takes a little figuring out but once you get it it's a major time saver
