This is an okay product. It gets the job done. I got this because it was way cheaper than the vanity planet and I needed two, one for me & one for my boyfriend. It comes with batteries but it's REALLY hard to open the battery compartment. The instructions dont say whether you twist or pull.. after reading some reviews I realized that you PULL... just really hard! It has two speeds.. one super slow, and the other just slow. That was a disappointment. Two of the brush heads it came with are unnecessary and useless.. the pumice stone and the latex.. it really only needed the other three. I would not buy this again, nor would I reccomend it to anyone else besides maybe a young teenager who is first starting out in skin care. I might just invest the extra dollars and get the vanity planet. EDIT: From a 2 star, up to a 4. After having this product for a few months & being able to use it, I realized I was too hard in it in my initial review. After changing the batteries I realized its not as slow as I thought, my batteries were just bad. I do really like this product! I just make sure to not press to hard on my skin because the brushes arent the softest and my skin is sensitive. Anyways, for the price I think this is a great deal

This brush is perfect for those late nights when you can barely be bothered but still want to actually clean your face properly. Just switch it on, and it does all the work for you, deep cleaning and exfoliating without any real effort on your part. My skin feels so much cleaner and smoother since using it, and it has honestly made sticking to a skincare routine so much easier. If you are someone who needs skincare to be quick and effortless, this brush is exactly what you need.

It's a tad on the cheaper side compared to similar products. So far it works as stated. The pads are really for just applying cleanser and a maybe a facial massage but don't expect it to exfoliate. It is as expected for the price. The nutrogena model is similar but the pads are a tad like sand paper and exfoliate much better but is about a $10 upgrade.

I’m giving it a three because for the couple of months that it worked it was amazing. I bought it for myself for Christmas so December 2024 it is now June 20 25 and it hasn’t worked for about two months. I have changed the batteries, but it still doesn’t work. It just stopped working so for the price it was good for what it was if you need something cheap and fast definitely recommend but if you’re looking for something long lasting, don’t waste your time.

I bought a pair of these and both broke within a month - TWICE! I exchanged them the first time and have given up after they stopped working the second time. Half the time, the button broke and it wouldn't turn off until the battery ran down. The other half of the time, the poor seal around the battery enclosure allowed water in and corroded the batteries and contacts.

The item i received is not the same in the picture

It’s not bad for the price. I need to move it in circles to make it work better as the two speeds are a bit slow than I expected. The bristles on the 3 soft brush heads feel a bit too soft. Over all can’t complain. NOTE : Definitely not water proof so do not wet the the main part of this product. Only wet the bristles when using. Did it work? Face feels so clean and soft like baby’s skin😁

Do not purchase this product, its terrible product for this price. It just does not work and you cant return or get a refund either.
