I'm not sure what the density is going to make. They are the brand the NHS use in Britain. They don't flatten with wear, or at least very very slowly. I replace them when they are 2 years old. My advice is to get a set and try for 2 weeks, they are not expensive. I have 3 sets, one in my workshop boots and the other two in the shoes I'm currently using. They are a good product. I cannot say a bad word against the brand, and as I say, I've been using for 20 years. I'd be in constant pain with plantar fasciitis if I stopped. **Q: do these come in a wide fitting** A: I don’t think the width. Aries unless you go for custom made. Got these and the pains have now gone. Very sturdy. Great support. Great value for money and fast delivery.
