From my experience about 35lbs would be sufficient for your system.

My refugium section of my sump is only 10x6 inches (tank is 75 gallons). How deep should my Miracle Mud be?

My sump is approximately the same size and i buy the 5# miracle mud that was recommended for that size. It makes the mud around 1.5-2” deep.
