Great value for a quality product
First off, these are compression clothes, if you aren’t reasonably fit for your height, BMI, then you may have a tough time getting into & out of them, especially the shirt. Consider a larger size. Overall the quality & fit is excellent. I was a little concerned that at the price point that they would not offer the compression that I was after, but that concern was unfounded. The cut, seams and fit are excellent with no binding, chafing or creeping after extended wear & vigorous activity. The shirt has a grip coating inside the bottom hem. It will stay in place on your skin or probably some other material but it doesn’t grip well to the matching bottoms. Not a problem as it will end up at your belt line and stay there. The shirt is cut long, around 4”-6” below your belt line. The breathability is exceptional, any better and you’ve have to run naked. Actually these are better than naked because they evaporate the sweat instead of it pouring off your body. If you are running or working out in front of a fan, you can feel the air against your bare skin. I’ve run several 5K’s in typical Florida heat, in both the shorts, & full length pants and of course the shirt. I opt for the long pants as they provide support for my calves and they are actually cooler due to the improved sweat evaporation than just the shorts. I’m considering going with the long sleeve shirt for the same reason. Running solitary, I wouldn’t worry too much about modesty, the bottoms do a good job keeping everything in place and smoothed. If you run an event or work out around other people, then you might want to wear some running shorts. Be sure to find the lightest, thinest, no liner, side cut shorts that you can, anything worn over (or under) will feel hot. Same if you decide to wear something over the shirt. My first time out, I wore a t-shirt which was a mistake. I won’t wear anything but the CompressionZ layer unless I need the shorts for modesty. I didn’t know quite what to expect in the way of performance but afterwards it was immediately apparent. Since I mainly wear these while running, keeping your muscles supported & keeping them from jarring/moving/flopping when they relax while your feet pound the pavement makes a tremendous difference in recovery afterwards. This was most evident in my calves. With my calve muscles slamming with each step, they’d ache for days afterwards. Keeping them supported prevents that pain and I can easily run consecutive days. The same is true for your pects, oblique back muscles, glutes etc. Overall, I’m very pleased wth the product, a few more color selections would be really nice. Since I work out every day, I reordered several more sets to get me between washings. A great value in compression wear.

Own your manhood - shun over-shorts
WOW! These leggings rock! Just did a quad workout with these and totally loved it. When I first got these "tights" (sounds too Robin Hood for me,so I'll call them leggings) I was super impressed by the quality. I received another pair from a different company for half the price and immediately wrapped them back up for a return. I am 5'11" 175lbs,, proportionate build, and these fit completely perfectly. Length is spot on, and they are thick enough and have enough compression that you won't feel too weird or nervous about your man parts. Let's face it, we men have a penis. Don't be afraid if there's a little bulge, you're supposed to have one for crissakes. Women have breasts and flaunt them, relax and own your manliness. We need a new age of man. These leggings will help you get there. Can you wear these without shorts over them? Who the f-bomb is going to wear shorts over these beautiful tights. Forget that. Don't hide the fact you have an as5 and a package. Be happy you do! Anyway, my gym is hot as hell. When I usually do a leg day, I'm so sweaty, I use a towel and dry my legs off throughout. For the first time I wasn't sweaty. I think these make you cooler like they say. They make your backside look nice and guess what? I did the squat test directly into the sun, full bent over. My wife could not see anything - no crack or jack or what have you. The company sent me a cool little email a couple days after purchase telling about how proud they are of them and so on. It was really cool actually. Long story short, these things freakin' rock. It was so funny, I was a little nervous going to the gym for the first time with these. After I was there, it actually felt like I was the one doing the normal thing and everyone else was weird. Now I can't wait to put them on again and workout again. As far as the compression, I can honestly say, even ATG squats, sumo style, were the best feeling ever. CompressionZ did something great here - making men's compression leggings that look and feel good. And the waist wasn't stupidly high either. A plus - why do most companies make them so high rise - friggin' 70's man.

Great value for high quality basic men's workout tights
I've been trying to find the perfect pair of men's tights for use at the gym, out for a run, or just lounging around the house, replacing the worn-out Road Runner Sports basic tights I used for years (which aren't made any longer, having been replaced by fancier, pricier models). These CompressionZ tights are among the closest I've tried out so far. Several huge plusses over the competition stand out for me, including: + Great pockets! These have not one but two integrated pockets on the legs. And they're sized appropriately--I have long been jealous of women's fitness tights which all seem to have plenty of huge pockets whereas the typical men's tights have at best a pocket that might hold a locker key if that. These easily hold a large cell phone like my Samsung S22 Ultra. I can toss my wallet or ID and car keys in the other pocket if I'm out for more than just a quick stop at the gym, which is a big plus. + Comfortable fabric. A lot of tights at this price point are made from high-polyester fabrics which are rough to the touch. These are silky and a good weight for a base layer. They do a decent job at wicking sweat without being one of those ultra-high-tech fabrics that feels heavy or doesn't stretch as well. + Generally good fit. They don't have saggy knees and don't bind up around any parts of my legs uncomfortably. Part of this is the fabric is a good stretch; part of it is the construction, with flat-lock seams that stretch and move with the fabric instead of bunching up when you flex your knees or move your hips. Length is pretty good for tights that don't offer a tall option (I'm 6'4). As my measurements ran between two sizes, I sized down to the smaller of the two (XL instead of XXL) and have been pleased. + Price / value. I've seen a lot of basic tights that run close to a hundred bucks. These are a third of that. The biggest downside for me is the fact that the waist lacks a drawstring, which for me means they tend to creep down a bit. The elastic seems good quality and doesn't roll like some others I've tried.

My third pair. Very happy with my purchase !
I've worn the usual lycra bicycling tights for years as an avid cyclist and these tights are MUCH heavier and thicker. These are not regular leggings. Not even close. There seems to be conflicting advice as to order a size up or down. It all depends on your body type if, like me you've been riding bicycles for any length of time you'll have big thighs and need to get a bigger size. I'm 6' tall with a 44" waist the XXL was difficult to get on, and long enough but difficult to get over my thighs and butt. I can still wear them except they're extra squeezy. I've had these tights for some time now, I've gone cycling, cross country skiing, running, hiking and even wore them for coffee at starbucks after a ride. If your wider in the middle or if you've got thunder thighs, go up a size. Just remember, these are compression tights. They're supposed to be tight and squezzy, that's what they do. Recovery after exercise is improved. The waistband stays in place and doesn't slip down. Edit to add: I've lost quite a bit of weight since buying these. My waist is now 39" and the XXL tights are much easier to get on. The XXXL'S are so loose I'll need to size down to get any compression out of them These are the most comfortable sport tights I’ve tried. That’s nearly thirty years of serious cross country skiing and bicycling in all seasons. For winter you’ll need to layer but three season wear should be fine. I’d buy these again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone ! Edit to add: My partner really likes what these compression tights do for my butt and I've had a fair number of compliments from others at the gym too. Edit to add: I just bought a second pair of these tights so I can have one while the other is in the laundry. I'm impressed by the wicking ability of these tights (face it, when "pants" fit this closely they're tights and these are COMPRESSION tights, they're supposed to fit really tight to work. You might need to exchange them. That's what I had to do. I had to up one size. One more edit: I'm up to three pair of these. I've still got the XXL and now have two size XXXL. Now after losing weight and inches off my waist I need to order a smaller size.

Very small sized
I bought two pairs. These aren't my first leggings. I've tried other brands here on AMZ. I bought these to try something different. Thought the pocket was a cool feature, and it is. I also love the thickness of the material - no transparency of the fabric. I normally wear XXL in other brands including UA. Based on other comments, I opted to purchase a 3XL of this brand. I could barely get into them but I was impressed with the fabric and compression. So I bought a 2nd pair and went up to a 4XL and, yes they are larger, but insignificantly. I still can barely get into them. Yes, I do understand they are supposed to be tight. I get it. But these seem to be sized very small. And I don't think there's enough room in the butt. Yes, I have a butt, but not enormous. These things barely pull over my butt. If you can find a pair to fit your body type, these are an awesome choice. For the record, I'm 6'2" and 290.

Great for running and BJJ
Great material, love these underneath my shorts. Very breathable and compression fit really helps. Great during Brazilian ju jitsu as a rash guard

Very Nice! Get some!
Based upon a small sample size of a few wearings, this product is very nice quality. I have purchased multiple brands at various price points. This item is on the high-quality end of the spectrum with a thicker fabric and definite compression for the legs. In comparison, the cheaper brands often sacrifice quality for low price by using thin materials with almost no compression. Those other ones work but you get what you get, and generally that means little to no compression. CompressionZ brand is definitely comparable to the higher quality brands that I have tried such as UA and Willit. The side pockets are always a nice feature, and the thicker fabric provides a more modest effect for men if you know what I mean. My favorite feature, I am a big fan of this type of waist band construction, which is a softer construction that wraps the elastic band with the legging material. This type of waist band is similar to Willit, but is better than my UA's which have the exposed elastic that can be uncomfortable and can roll up during active workouts. As for sizing, I needed to order one size up. I have ordered L in basically all of my other brands including those higher quality brands with thicker fabrics and higher compression. But with the effective compression in CompressionZ brand, I found size L did not work, and I needed to reorder with XL. I worked directly with the owners on an exchange and they were great (I contacted them through their web site rather than Amazon). US company, nice people to work with. As to size, I equate CompressionZ XL with other brands L sizes. This is not a negative, and is just a feature of the product. For a 5-10, 200 lb guy, the length was still fine with no bunching of loose fabric. Of course, sizing depends upon brand, but my general recommendation is order up if you are at a consistent size across several brands. That being said, I have absolutely no complaints and am very impressed by the quality of the product. Good stuff. Just order a pair and be happy.

GREAT PRODUCT! GREAT PRICE
I have been exercising more and more since I have retired. I want functional athletic wear that fits well, looks well and doesn’t break the bank. These compression Z products are quite affordable yet they do not skimp on quality. I have several different colors and styles; including long legged and capris. It’s time that men can wear these comfortable colorful exercise clothes and be stylish while supported and working up a sweat!

Liked them enough to buy a second pair
I bought 2 different brands of tights, I liked these enough to buy a second pair. They seem to be of good quality so far.

Cómodas
Se ven y sienten de muy buena calidad, el error que cometí es que los pedí talla S, cuando debía ser talla M, las devolví y pediré en mi talla correcta, ya espero las M para usarlas en el gym

Good fit, suggest one size down.
I'm 5'7", 175 lbs. Waist 34. The chart suggest L but I brought a M. The waist fits perfectly snug. Inseam length is the same for M and L. I brought a M because I'm exercising to get back to 150 lbs and a 31" waist. I just got it today so I haven't exercise with it yet but the overall fit is snug, not tightly compressed. I'll be wearing a knee compressor over it. I'll also be wearing it by itself as my top is long enough to cover the men's private parts which is bulging and visible. I suggest a 3" side cut unrestricting runner's short for those who might feel uncomfortable wearing the CompressionZ solo.

top hose

They look great on, the quality is great and the fabric ...
Some posts say they are too tight but they are compression leggings. I'm 6ft with 35-36" waist and they fit me perfectly. They are tight but that to me aids performance when running/jogging. They look great on, the quality is great and the fabric is quality, not like some cheap, thin ones that you can buy. I would definitely buy these again.
