Disappointed
I purchased a phone for my mother and she had difficulty with the phone because the phone does not charge and when it when you do get some charge on it it does not stay I do believe the phone is defective wanted to return it but my mom already destroyed the kitchen. Can’t use it with our carrier
Can’t be used with Verizon but has a great flashlight.

Breakable plastic
Flashlight still works. Screen cracked so cannot really use it for phone. Strange thing radio and flashlight still works and some other extra stuff.
