I bought this for a long cruise to keep my formal shoes looking smart for black-tie evenings, and it worked perfectly. The sponge is compact, lightweight and easy to pack, making it ideal for travel. It gives shoes a quick refresh with no mess or buffing, restoring a nice shine in just a few seconds. It’s not a substitute for a full polish, but it’s excellent for maintaining a good finish while you’re away. A handy little product that does exactly what it’s promises. I’d definitely buy it again.

I used this to ease curtain rings along a metal pole as they were sticking and on a zip that was hard to close. As it's a neutral colour, it didn't show and worked really well. It is also good for a quick refresh on dusty shoes!
