Rip off, you get 1 box for 22.00
Big hoax. Misleads buyer that "1" box is the unit encased in the cardboard casing shown in picture. When I opened Amazon prime box, there was only 1 single box which I paid $22.00 plus tax. Am noticing this horrific rip off has been going on for over couple years. Am filing with BBB, this must stop now. Victims should be compensated.

This was a very deceiving purchase. Assumed I was buying a packet of 12 based on description and picture and only received one package of DOTS and paid $23 for it. Absolutely absurd. To make matters worse this purchase was for a classroom experiment and we didn’t have enough to complete the project.

Expected 12 boxes in each order as advertised for a total of 24 boxes and I received 10 boxes in one order and 11 in the other for a total of 21 boxes.
