Does the job.
Our old unit was doing ghost flushes and ran the water bill up over $300. The Zurn unit saves so much on water, it has already paid for itself. The directions say not to install batteries until the unit is installed. Important information. I had them in the unit but had the unit in the box for a week. Ran the batteries down because it was trying to flush every time someone walked by the box.

Good all around product
I have installed in all the bathrooms in the school. They work great only issue I have is as the batteries run low the flushometer Fales to a constant running mode. Which if not found in time could cause a issue with flooding out a space or building.

The item itself works great except I cannot find any replacement items for the "Courtesy manual flush button". It wears out and I need some buttons.

Automatic flushing is the way to go to prevent clogs with urinals. Zurn retrofit kit is easy to install and works like a charm.
