Review: Just a few issues - This elliptical was fairly difficult to set up, most parts were easy , however a few items were more difficult. Two people at least are definitely needed for assembly. This elliptical worked great at first, but then it started squeaking. After tightening some bolts I was able to eliminate the squeaking, I am assuming I may have to do this from time to time. I am a fairly small individual, and there is a slight rocking motion when in use. Overall, after eliminating the squeaking it is a pretty quiet and smooth machine, I will not be returning it.

**Q: What is the standard manufacturer warranty include parts/labor on this product?**
A: This includes 24 months parts / 24 months labor warranty through the manufacturer.

**Q: does this machine have the option to raise the incline?**
A: This Kettler Axos Cross P Programmable Elliptical Trainer does not feature an option to raise the incline.

**Q: If you use the machine daily, how has it held up and/or has maintenance been problemmatic?**
A: I cannot speak for the Axos Cross P, but I owned a Kettler elliptical that was very similar to this model for over 6 years, and used it 5X per week.  After 3 years a weld on the fly wheel broke, so I disassembled the machine and had it welded. Problem solved, little money, big hassle.  After 5 years the unit stopped providing any resistance to the fly wheel.  I spoke with a Kettler rep, and he wanted $200+ to ship a component to fix the problem.  Long story short, I bought a $6 voltage regulator, and fixed it myself.  Overall, when functional, the machine performed very well, was quite, and requires very little space. Moreover, the pricing is fantastic, when compared to other ellipticals. However, over the long term problems did arise which could have been very pricy.

**Q: what is the distance from the pedal to the floor?**
A: The bar that holds the pedal is 5" from the floor in the front and 4" in the rear. The pedal itself is 6.5" from the floor in the middle.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little sway problem

I've only had this a couple of weeks, but so far, I like it. Set up was relatively easy. It took a couple of hours to put together. The one issue that I've had is the bolts that hold the main vertical post from swaying left and right tend to back themselves out some. I'm thinking about getting some JB Weld to make sure they stay put. I'm a 185lbs male (with a goal to get back down to 160lbs), so I'm not sure how much that may be playing into that. I also wish the spacing of the feet was a little wider, but my guess is that for most women, it would be perfect. Overall, I'm happy with it. Once I get the lateral sway figured out, I'll be very happy with it.
