It does an exceptional job. I roll from the middle outand keep moving around the crust and can form a nice circle that way. Also we have found that with our limited work space we kept bumpinginto things with the big roller so if you have a smaller work space this would be perfect for you. It is well made and very sturdy.Clean up is no problem. You can almost soak it clean. It stores easily too. So all in all this was the perfect purchase for our needsas well as space. Definitely well worth the money.
