On Low to Medium heat the pan with Canola Oil... in a separate bowl add 4-6 eggs depending on size and whisk, then mix in this mixture =( dissolve in small bowl : 3/4 teaspoon corn-starch, 3/4 teaspoon sugar, salt to taste, add to eggs). Add 1/3 of the above combined mixture to Tamagoyaki pan... as soon as soft set, roll it towards handle. Then with roll egg still in pan add 1/3 more egg mixture and repeat when set to roll over previous. Do this till egg mixture is finished. Just make sure preheat it then it won’t stick anything on the pan.
