Unfortunately 28,400 lbs cabin can not be shipped overnight since it is a bit too large to go on air freight. And since most customers want modifications it is always built to custom order specs.. The price includes free shipping though.

Is it possible to install in California as in law-unit or any modifications need to be done to get it up to code?

Unfortunately we are unable to answer the question concerning the possible modifications. But we'll be glad to send the drawings so that you can have them verified by the local Building Code Compliance Authority.

Do these come with all plumbing , electrical, etc? any appliances, lighting, mechanical or plumbing fixtures?

These are just kits and not prebuilt homes/cabins.

What snow load would this be engineered to withstand?

48 lbs per square ft. but a new rafters upgrade option to be added next week will more/less double it.
