Rico Organic Alto Saxophone Reeds, Strength 3.0, Pack of 10

My child uses these reeds for his alto Saxophone, never has had a problem and usually he uses 1 box all year. Very durable .

I liked that the reed size wasn’t too big or small, it was perfect for my son, and the sound quality was great, well the value for this Rico saxophone size 3 is just a little over priced but this reed is great, for beginner people who play the alto saxophone it’s not the right size because It will sound a little weird, the right size for beginners are alto saxophone reed size 2.

Great deal! I shopped around a bit, local music shops, other websites and this was the best price & excellent quality! My daughter kept breaking her reeds and it was $10 for one at our local music store so this was definitely a great buy! To parents: don't tell your kiddo you have a whole box, they take better care of them when they think the one they're using is all they got! ;)

Amazing performance for a Rico reed. I never knew Rico could be this good. I buy on Amazon.com from India. Thanks to Amazon.com for its great network and quick service. I avoid buying here, since the products make a big difference from on-shore! Or they lose quality in storage, in storeroom conditions, etc. I was blown over by Rico 3! I am basic learner and have used Vandoren and Roberto (amazing Roberto's!). Rico is for daily practice, more of ...for rough use. But this Rico 3 is just so great that it sounds almost as good as a performance reed. Basic learners may better stick to 2.5 and after a year or so can switch to 3s when they come to high notes. Rico 3 works good for high and low notes and I cannot ask for more for practice. WOULD REQUEST AMAZON.COM TO MAKE AVAILABLE RICO 3 and 3.5 (for Soprano) FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! I bought these when my son started Alto Sax and he has used them through Marching Band as well. We haven't had any break. It comes with a little case to keep an extra reed in. Just a good solid product

This is her 1st time stepping up from a 2.5 to a 3 at the advice of her awesome band teacher. Works as designed and 10 pack lasts her through the season along with giving a few to others. They won their State competition and placed 2nd in the regional competition.
