Great product works as advertised. Keeps stuff at the temperature you want for at least 3-4 hours. The lid is a tad tough to open but you get used to it.

I love to fill-in the mug with my fav green tea and sip for hours. The mug does what it says and keeps the tea/coffee warm. Also, aesthetically very modern and elegant design to carry around. Was delighted to know that this is Indian brand and these are now manufactured in India. Highly recommended.

This is perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. I took it on a Trek, because hot drinks (tea) cool off on the mountains really fast. And I usually take a while to finish my morning/evening cup. It will keep your drink hot for about 2hours, & warm for another 2-3h depending on the ambient temp. [Note at extremes: At 0° it used to keep my tea hot for 30min & warm for about an hour.] I've put this mug through some rough terrain.. dropped it on rocks, in streams, left it out overnight. It has come back practically unscathed. It's also really easy to wash, it takes me like 10 seconds under a tap. On the other hand, - it's not exactly spill-proof, - wouldn't recommend keeping it filled inside your bag - it will drip if you invert or shake. - do not seal the lid immediately after pouring hot liquid, - it will pop the lid right out - sharp objects & rough/abrasive (scotch brite) surfaces can still take the paint/silicon off. - so rinse with hand & water is enough and recommended.

Extremely disappointing mug. The finish starts coming off within 1-2 uses so the premium they charge you for a good looking product is already not worth it. To top it off my coffee is already lukewarm within an hour. I even bought another mug from the headway website directly and that is similar too. Poor heat retention and the chrome finish already came off after a few uses.

Very bad quality of cap and the seal used in the cap. It always gets stuck and makes it hard to open with bare hands

Outstanding product. No issues, leak proof. Perfect smart colour. Absolutely superb for hot or cold beverages. Hot Water: If you are using it for hot drinks, i recommend leaving the lid off if you aren’t travelling or needing it right away. This is to allow it to cool a little so that that its a drinkable temperature. However, if it’s piping hot with 100.celsius straight from the kettle water then it should stay hot for 4 hours. And at the 3 hour mark it may become drinkable. But you may find your experience to be different. Disclaimer: Careful when drinking hot beverages. Cold Water: As for cold, i recommend filling to the top with ice and the rest with water or drink of choice. When i add my mint and water in the summer. And drunk through all the water, i can add more cold water at work and the ice will still be going strong. However, with each addition of cold liquids being added and the time passing by, the ice will melt eventually. Definately worth buying..

Overall it look nice but according to price it overpriced bcoz mug is nice but lid quality is low. It says 3hr food will get hot but within an hour food get cold. Need good quality of lid.

This is really excellent product. never leak and hot coffee is hit for 4 hours if you close lid. But when you close lid completely, better you wait with opening lid for 10 min. if too much hot like bowling, thenlid will come up because of steam. Only that should be careful. i will buy one more and will use at home and when going out.
